AP3 complex subunit delta-1 / AP3D1 Control Peptide Alternate names: Adapter-related complex 3 subunit delta-1, PRO0039, delta Adaptin Catalog No.: AP09210CP-N Quantity: 50 µg Concentration: 1.0 mg/ml (by weight) Background: AP3D1 is a subunit of the AP3 adaptor-like complex, which is not associated with . The AP3D1 subunit is implicated in intracellular biogenesis and trafficking of pigment granules and possibly platelet dense granules and neurotransmitter vesicles. The complex is associated with the Golgi region as well as more peripheral structures. It facilitates the budding of vesicles from the Golgi membrane and may be directly involved in trafficking to lysosomes. AP3 is an heterotetramer composed of two large adaptins (delta-type subunit AP3D1 and beta-type subunit AP3B1 or AP3B2), a medium adaptin (mu-type subunit AP3M1 or AP3M2) and a small adaptin (sigma-type subunit APS1 or AP3S2). Uniprot ID: O14617 NCBI: NP_001070991.1 GeneID: 8943 Format: State: Liquid (sterile filtered) Purification: Greater than 95% specific peptide Buffer System: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 containing 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide Applications: Control peptide should be used at 1.0 µg per 1.0 µl of antiserum per assay. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Specificity: Control peptide for antibody AP09210PU-N only. Storage: Store the antibody at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: 6 month from despatch.
