Anti-KIT (mutation L576P) Monoclonal , clone XH078 (DMAB-DCC072) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product Overview Anti-KIT (L576P) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody. The antibody ( Cat # DMAB-DCC072 ) is suitable for ELISA, WB.

Antigen Description Tyrosine-protein kinase Kit, also known as proto-oncogene c-Kit or CD117 or Mast/stem cell growth factor (SCFR), is a receptor protein that in humans is encoded by the KIT gene. Activating mutations in this gene are associated with gastrointestinal stromal tumors, testicular seminoma, mast cell disease, melanoma, acute myeloid leukemia, while inactivating mutations are associated with the genetic defect piebaldism.

Specificity Recognizes L576P mutant, but not wild-type KIT of vertebrates.

Immunogen A synthetic from the internal region of KIT which includes the mutation of L576P, human origin.
