Gambling Regulation Act 2003 ORDER UNDER SECTIONS 3.2.4 AND 3.4A.5(3A) I, Hon. Marlene Kairouz MP, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Gaming and Liquor in the State of Victoria, acting under sections 3.2.4 and 3.4A.5(3A) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003, hereby: 1. Revoke all orders previously made pursuant to sections 3.2.4 and 3.4A.5(3A) of the Act. 2. Determine, in accordance with sections 3.2.4 and 3.4A.5(3A) of the Act, regions in the State for the purposes of Chapter 3 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and the maximum permissible number of gaming machine entitlements under which gaming may be conducted in those regions as follows: Region Areas included in the region Maximum permissible determined number of gaming under section machine entitlements 3.2.4 under which gaming may be conducted in the region determined under section 3.4A.5(3A) Ballarat The area covered by the local government area of the 663 as at 12 October 2006 Banyule The area covered by that part of postcode 3081 included 31 in the local government area of the as at 12 October 2006 Bass Coast The area covered by the local government area of the 216 Shire of Bass Coast as at 12 October 2006 Brimbank The area covered by that part of postcodes 3012, 903 3020, 3021, 3022, 3023 and 3038 included in the local government area of the as at 12 October 2006 Casey The area covered by: 614 (i) that part of postcodes 3177, 3803, 3975 and 3976 included in the local government area of the as at 12 October 2006; and (ii) that part of postcode 3977 located north of Browns Road included in the local government area of the City of Casey as at 12 October 2006 Darebin The area covered by the local government area of the 986 as at 12 October 2006 Greater The area covered by the local government area of the 989 Dandenong City of Greater Dandenong as at 12 October 2006 Greater The area covered by the local government areas of 1,421 and the and the Borough of as at 12 October 2006 Queenscliffe Greater The area covered by the local government area of the 329 Shepparton City of Greater Shepparton as at 12 October 2006 The area covered by the local government area of the 579 as at 12 October 2006
