ORDER The online transfer system for the employees of KSEB Ltd. is being implemented in General Transfer 2017. In this regard, extensive discussions were held with the recognised trade unions and representatives of various associations of officers to formulate suitable guidelines for the implementation of online transfers. During the discussions, the financial condition of the organisation and the decision of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission(KSERC) were discussed. Subsequently, guidelines so formulated were discussed and approved by the Board of Directors vide its B.O(FTD)No.2062(EB.7/General Transfer/Officers/2017) dated 11.08.2017 and B.O(DGCH)No.2378/2017(EB.7/General Transfer/Officers/2017) dated 19.09.2017.. 2. Some of the major objectives of the online transfer process are: a. To ensure transparency in the online transfer process. b. To correct mal-distribution of human resources and to achieve equitable distribution across the state. c. To rationalise the deployment of human resources keeping in mind, various technology adoption in KSEBL such as introduction of spot billing machines, computerisation of major functional areas such as billing, cash collection, establishment, accounting, e-payment etc. d. To achieve operational efficiency for supplying quality power to citizens of Kerala. 3. But there is some destination site which is having the characteristic of more than one context. This research has also attempted to understand the village with characteristics of rural and tribal in Kalkundhal village of Kattapana block in Idukki district, Kerala. This study used primary and secondary data with random sample survey with a sample size of 120 household. This research reveals the socio-economic status, livelihood pattern, major development issue, changes oner the period and ethnic groups the best practices among the community people of Kalkundhal village. This research also brings out the isolation part of tribal and rural society from the outside world by the mode of transport, communication, education and technology where it also being behind factor of inequality in the Indian society. Towards the beginning of the modern age this political terrain gradually enrolled as three native kingdoms with clear cut boundaries. The three native states comprised kingdom of Travancore of kingdom of Cochin, kingdom of Calicut These territories never enjoyed a single political structure due to the internal and foreign interventions. Travancore and Cochin were neighboring states enjoyed cordial relations. The integration of both states is a unique event in the history of India as well as History of Kerala. The title of Rajapramukh and the administrative division of Dewaswam is unique aspect in the course of History.
