SEVILLA EXPERIENCE 1. OBJECT, DATES, FIELD SEVILLA FUTBOL CLUB, located at Calle Sevilla Fútbol Club, s/n, 41005 Sevilla, and CIF number A 41.035.346 (hereinafter SEVILLAFC or CLUB) will promote an activity called "Sevilla Experience" (hereinafter, the "activity"), aimed solely and exclusively at those who hold and maintain the condition of "SevillaFC Fans" and participate in the terms and conditions established in these terms and conditions. The mechanics of participation and operation of the activity will be communicated and promoted, among other communication assets of SEVILLAFC, in its official website (http://www.sevillafc.es/), through its social media and through the mailings that the CLUB sends to the group "SevillaFC Fans" and in third party payment channels.

Among all the participants there will be a draw that will result in one (1) winner alone that will receive the prize "1 trip for two people to Seville to attend a game of LaLiga in the Sánchez-Pizjuán".

The participation of minors is not allowed.

2.- PERIOD OF PARTICIPATION AND PUBLICATION TERMS The period of participation in this activity will begin on July 12, 2019 and will end on August 31, 2019 at 23:59 CET. The publication of these terms will take place in the official website of the CLUB (http://www.sevillafc.es) to the effect of informing all those "SevillaFC Fans" who want to participate, the mechanism of participation and operation of the activity and the draw. 3. AUTHORIZATION OF USE OF PERSONAL DATA. We inform you that the data provided will be incorporated into files owned by SEVILLAFC, for the management of the SevillaFC Fans program. As such, we will treat your data for the following purposes: - To manage your user account. - To provide you with access to exclusive contents and services for users of the SevillaFC Fans programme. Likewise, and as long as you have given us your consent by ticking the respective boxes established for this purpose in the registration form, we may process your data: - To send you the newsletter of the SevillaFC Fans programme, which will always be personalised and adapted to your interests. - To send you additional information related to SEVILLAFC, such as opinion polls, invitations to events or products of the Club itself such as discounts or promotions for tickets to matches, merchandising, digital products, and so on. - Send you information, discounts or promotions from third parties with whom SEVILLAFC maintain a commercial or collaborative relationship, or the sponsors of the Club, who can carry out actions specifically aimed at SevillaFC Fans. All communications may be adapted and personalized according to the interests of users, either based on the products and services requested, or based on those data that we can deduce or obtain from your browsing, interest in certain content, reaction to our communications, among others. Any user of the Sevilla FC Fans program who does not wish to comply, please do not subscribe to the communications of the Sevilla FC Fans program. Under no circumstances will your data be processed outside the European Union, or transferred, sold, rented or made available in any other way to any third party. All the data that you provide us or that, through the provision of the Services associated with the SevillaFC Fans programme we can obtain, will be processed indefinitely as long as it forms part of the SevillaFC Fans programme; or until, by any means available according to the technology available at any time, SEVILLAFC may consider that the user no longer has any interest in forming part of the Club or receiving its communications. Once you unsubscribe or we consider that you no longer wish to be part of the Club as indicated above, your data may be kept for the legal period applicable at any time so that the Club can comply with current regulations. At any time, you can oppose any of the above treatments without having any effect on your status of SevillaFC Fan, unless you unsubscribe from the program. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, limitation of processing, data portability and not to be subject to automated individualized decisions (including the preparation of profiles), by sending a signed request by post with the subject "Data Protection", to the addresses indicated in the heading, or to Sevilla Fútbol Club S.A.D., sending a request by email with the subject "Exercise of Rights", to [email protected]. You are informed that the Data Protection Delegate of Sevilla Fútbol Club S.A.D., is: Grupo Datcon Sur S.L.U. C/ Dr. Duarte Acosta 7, 1.24, 11500, El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz and that this may exercise the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). 4. REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION. All those interested in participating in the activity, regardless of their status as Sevilla FC subscribers, must meet the requirements detailed below: a) Have the condition of "Sevilla Fans" and maintain it, as a minimum, until the date of the activity present in these terms, which will be held on September 1 at 12.00PM CET. b) Have an e-mail address that is "registered" in the "SevillaFC Fans" database of Sevilla FC. c) To register both in the promotion through the website, leaving record of the data that are required for this purpose: (i) name, (ii) surname, (iii) country, (iv) postal code, (v) e-mail address, and (vi) date of birth. d) Each participating "Sevilla Fan" will have one (1) unique participation in the action, therefore, only one (1) registration may be made. Any duplication will be controlled by a computer security system, so that only one (1) entry per participant will be admitted, and any additional entries made by the same person will be cancelled. e) Be of legal age.

5. MECHANICS OF THE ACTION a) In the event that there is no participant, it will not be necessary to name the winner and automatically the prize will be void. b) In the event that only one (1) "Sevilla Fan" is the correct participant in the activity, it will automatically have the status of winner. This person will be awarded the prize directly. c) In the event that there is more than one participant, it will be necessary to make an asignment, only between the participating "Sevilla Fans" that have registered correctly in the activity subject to these rules - resulting in one (1) winner, thus excluding the "Sevilla Fans" that have not registered correctly in the activity. d) All participating "Sevilla Fans" will be assigned a sequential number according to the chronological order of participation, in order to have a consecutive range of numbers (e.g. from 1 to 500). e) The assignment, if applicable, will be made by means of a computer system that, from a random combination practiced by computer, will choose at random 1 number of those assigned to the participants who have registered correctly in the activity, which must correspond with e-mail addresses of "Sevilla Fans". The first (1) will have the condition of "winner" and sequentially and in ascending order, the remaining will have the condition "reserves", by order of inscription. f) The number will be assigned on 1 September 2019 at 12.00 noon CET. g) The e-mail addresses must necessarily correspond to the one corresponding to the registered user "Sevilla Fan". Otherwise, the following booking numbers will be contacted. Verification will be made on demand of: (i) name, (ii) surname, (iii) nationality and (iv) indicate, if applicable, your membership status. i) The winner will be notified by means of an email contact provided for the purpose of participating. Once contacted, and accepted the prize by the same means, the winner will be informed of the details and specify the conditions of the prize. j) With the participation in the present action, the participants of legal age, EXPRESSLY ACCEPT (i) the present rules and (ii) in the event that they are winners of the action, that the sending of an email by the CLUB to the email address provided by them for the purpose of participating, will serve as a means of proof, for all purposes, of the communication made by SEVILLA FC, informing about that condition. In the event of not responding within 72 hours after sending such communication, the winner will lose the right to the prize, being then granted the first reservation and so on. k) The "Sevilla Fan" awarded with the prize must accept it in writing by replying to the e-mail sent by Sevilla FC, and it will be necessary, in any case, to strictly follow the instructions provided by SFC. J) The winner and his/her companion must prove that they are of legal age and have valid passports. 6. PRIZE The winner will be able to enjoy the following prize: 1 trip to Seville for two people which will take place on a date included in the second half of the LaLiga Santander 19/20 season. This date will be determined by Sevilla Football Club. This trip includes: - Return flights (depending on availability) from the city of origin of the winner to Seville. - Two nights in a 4-star double room. - 2 tickets for 1 LaLiga match at Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. Personal and non-transferable. The trip does not include any items other than those mentioned above. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE The "SevillaFC Fan" participant of legal age, once informed of his/her condition of winner, by e-mail or telephone, must respond by the same means, expressly indicating, prior to delivery and, where appropriate, receipt of the prize in question, indicating (i) its acceptance or (ii) its waiver of the prize with which it has been awarded, so that: a) In case of his acceptance, so that the prize can be delivered under the conditions that the CLUB will indicate to the winning "Sevilla Fan", signing a document that will contain the express acceptance of the prize that corresponds to him/her and the reception of the same prize with conformity, declaring not to have anything to claim nor to demand of Sevilla FC. The winner will have to sign a document of reception declaring not to have anything to claim, nor to demand of Sevilla FC. The acknowledgement of receipt of the prize will have liberating effects for Sevilla FC in terms of the effective delivery of the prize, exempting the Club from any claim derived from this promotion. 8. LIMITATIONS The prize awarded will not be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the participants, without being able to ask for its value in money. The organization reserves the right, if there is a just cause and prior legal notice, to make any changes, suspend or extend this promotion. The organization reserves the right to eliminate any participant in case of detecting irregularities in their participation. It is hereby stated that participants do not have to pay, as a consequence of the proposed draw, any additional amount to the organization. 9. IMAGE RIGHTS The "Sevilla Fans" recognised in the terms established in the present terms grants its express consent to SEVILLA FC, under its absolute responsibility to all effects, to capture their image (including its image, name and voice) through the photographs and/or audiovisual recordings that could be made, individually or jointly, through SEVILLA FC personnel or third parties authorised, at the time of awarding the aforementioned prize, for divulging or advertising use, as well as participation in the possible interviews and/or reports that may be carried out. To this end, SEVILLA FC will be authorised to use the aforementioned graphic and/or audiovisual material, as well as its copies, whether used in full or in part, for promotional and/or information events related to this activity in any of the communication assets of the CLUB, either directly or through third parties to whom they authorise or commission its realisation, renouncing any remuneration and/or claim under any circumstances, for the taking of said photographic images and/or audiovisual recordings, their conservation, and the transfer of their exploitation rights. In accordance with the aforementioned, the media, advertising and promotional assets in which the image of the winning "Sevilla Fans" may appear (whether individually or collectively), is and shall remain the property of SEVILLA FC. All participants state that they have all the rights and legitimacy necessary for the granting of the present permissions and authorisations, responding to any claim from third parties that the SEVILLA FC may receive regarding the use of the image authorized here. 10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Participation in the present activity implies express and full acceptance without reservation of: a) the present terms. b) the mechanics of participation. c) the use and treatment of the personal data of the participating "SevillaFC Fans" in the terms established in the present terms. d) the sending of electronic communications for commercial purposes. e) the use, diffusion and publication of the photographs and/or audiovisual recordings in the terms established in the present conditions 11.- COMMUNICATIONS OF THE ACTIVITY. The communications of the present activity and, where appropriate, those relating to the winner, will be described in the communication assets of SEVILLA FC, such as the official website of the CLUB (www.sevillafc.es), where you can also consult these rules. The winning "Sevilla Fans" will receive communications via e-mail, to the e-mail address that they have provided in order to participate in the activity that is the object of these rules.
