 4 Tbsp. Almond Meal  2 Cup Organic yogurt or Coconut yogurt  4 Tbsp. Gluten Free Oats  4 tsp Vanilla extract  2 Tbsp. Coconut  4 Medium , spiralized into noodles  4 tsp Coconut oil  2 Tbsp. of organic butter (divided in batches)  4 tsp Cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, stir together the almond meal, oats and coconut sugar. Using your hands, mix in the coconut oil until the mixture forms crumbs. 2. Preheat Oven to 300 F; Spread the crumbs in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir, and bake for another 5- 10 minutes until golden brown. 3. Spiralize your apples to form noodles; if you are not using the noodles immediately you may add squeezed lemon to prevent browning. 4. Melt butter in skillet; in batches, add apples and cinnamon and quickly sauté until softened. 5. Once the crumbs and apples are ready, add vanilla to the yogurt and put ½ cup at bottom of bowl; place the spiralized apple on top. Add a pinch of cinnamon and top with the .
