I. Consent application must be accompanied with the fees as specified in the notifications issued by the State Government time to time.
II. Consent fee shall be paid through Bank Draft payable in favour of the Member Secretary, Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board or through ECS or through e-Mitra/ CSC or Bank Challan or any other facility as per orders issued by the State Board time to time.

6 That the industry shall apply for renewal of this consent or for consent to operate at least 120 days in advance prior to expiry date of this consent letter else additional fee shall have to be deposited in accordance with the Rajasthan Water & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules 2015. 7 That the industry shall not establish any plant / process or does not carry out any activity which attracts environmental clearance under provisions of the EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006. 8 That the power supply to all parts relating to operation of Water and Air pollution control systems, as applicable, shall be measured by separate electricity meters and respective log books maintained.

File No : F(Tech)/Alwar(Tijara)/2710(1)/2016-2017/92-93 Order No : 2016-2017/Bhiwadi/4580 Date: 05/05/2016 Unit Id : 63723 9 That the power supply of the production shall be so interlocked with the Air & Water pollution control equipments, that incase of non functioning of the pollution control equipment the production process stops automatically. 10 That the industry shall also comply with all the conditions of “Annexure ” enclosed with this consent letter. 11 That this consent to operate is being issued for existing plant after acknowledgement of fees for consent to establish amount Rs 42000/-for additional investment on the project i.e. Rs. 220.68 lakhs. Now the total investment in land, building, plant & machinery shall be Rs. 371.18 lakhs. In case of any addition/ modification/ alternation separate consent to establish/operate is required to be obtained. 12 That the domestic effluent generated from the industry shall be treated as IS : 2470 ( Part-I & II) and the treated effluent shall be disposed through septic tank and soak pit. 13 That this consent shall not be valid for generation and discharge of trade effluent. Industry shall maintain zero discharge status of effluent inside and outside the premises. 14 That waste water generated from boiler blow down etc shall be used in ash quenching of boiler ash/plantation and waste water generated from raw water RO reject shall be used in cooling tower in cooling purpose. There shall be no discharge of waste water within or outside the premises unit shall maintain zero discharge status. 15 That all the cooling water shall be recirculated through properly designed cooling tower. 16 That the unit shall provide adequate facility for scrubbing of formaldehyde fumes generated from driers. 17 That adequate arrangements shall be made for odour control, if any.
18 That the unit shall raise the stack height of DG set of 125 KVA(at least upto 2.5 mtrs above R.L.) within 30 days and report to this office accordingly. 19 That the industry shall comply with rest of the conditions as imposed vide last consent letter no. F(Tech)/Alwar(Tijara)/2367(1)/2015-2016/313-314 dated 17/06/2015. 20 That, not withstanding anything provided hereinabove, the State Board shall have power and reserves its right, as contained under section 27(2) of the Water Act and under section 21(6) of the Air Act to review anyone or all the conditions imposed here in above and to make such variation as it deemed fit for the purpose of Air Act & Water Act.

21 That the grant of this Consent to Operate is issued from the environmental angle only, and does not absolve the project proponent from the other statutory obligations prescribed under any other law or any other instrument in force. The sole and complete responsibility to comply with the conditions laid down in all other laws for the time-being in force, rests with the industry/ unit/ project proponent. 22 That the grant of this Consent to Operate shall not, in any way, adversely affect or jeopardize the legal proceeding, if any, instituted in the past or that could be instituted againt you by the State Board for violation of the provisions of the Act or the Rules made thereunder. This Consent to Operate shall also be subject, besides the aforesaid specific conditions, to the general conditions given in the enclosed Annexure. The project proponent will comply with the provisions of the Water Act and Air Act and to such other conditions as may, from time to time , be specified, by the State Board under the provisions of the aforesaid Act(s). Please note that, non compliance of any of the above stated conditions would tantamount to revocation of Consent to Operate and project proponent / occupier shall be liable for legal action under the relevant provisions of the said Act(s).
