World Scout Youth Forum Provisional Agenda

PROVISIONAL AGENDA

The order of presentation of the various topics, and meeting times are subject to change.

Notes: V Indicates that a formal vote will be taken.

Visitors will be admitted to plenary sessions only according to space available. There is no provision for the accommodation of visitors.

Participants are asked to wear uniform for the Welcome Session, Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony.

SUNDAY 28 AUGUST 09.00-18.00 Welcome of participants at Tunis Carthage Airport • Transfer of participants to Hotel Les Colombes, Hammamet. Buses will take participants from Carthage airport to Hammamet throughout the day, according to the their times of arrival • Participants' registration At Hotel les Colombes, Hammamet.

18.30 Deadline for submission of the proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure. Proposals for amendments must be submitted to a member of the Youth Forum Committee.

19.00 Dinner

MONDAY 29 AUGUST 07.30 Breakfast 08.30 Welcome Session In uniform, in the plenary hall at Hotel les Colombes. • Explanation of the interpretation system • Meditation • Welcome By the Chairman of the Forum (Youth Forum Committee) • V Presentation and adoption of the agenda • Comments of the World Scout Committee representatives • Introduction of the Host Committee • Presentation of the objectives, contents, working methods and agenda of the Forum • V Appointment of Recommendation Committee, Reporters, Tellers

10.30-11.00 Break • V Adoption of the Rules of Procedure The Rules of Procedure as published in the document “Youth Forum Document 2”, and any proposed amendments, will be submitted for the approval of the delegates. • Call for topics for the Open Forum and Workshops • Explanation of the election process for the candidates to the 2005- 2008 Youth Forum Planning Committee
