In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister by section 16 of the Amnesty Act, this Instrument is made this 22nd day of May, 2017.

1. Title and commencement. (1) This Instrument may be cited as the Amnesty Act (Extension of Expiry Period) Instrument, 2017.

(2) This Instrument shall come into force on the 25th day of May, 2017.

2. Extension of expiry period. The expiry period of the Amnesty Act, is extende for a period of twenty four months.
