Present your Honne + Joan concert ticket at the entrance of the Activity Center for a Honne + Joan concert wristlet during the show date. Only one (1) Honne + Joan concert wristlet is to be issued per person. Only Ayala Malls event personnel are allowed to issue Honne + Joan wristlets. 6. No Honne + Joan concert ticket, no Honne + Joan concert wristlet. No Honne + Joan concert wristlet, no entry.

7. Honne + Joan concert wristlets should be worn at all times. Tampered, torn or damaged wristlets will not be allowed entry into the concert venue. 8. The Ayala Malls Cinemas gift card/s are valid only in the cinemas where it is purchased. Terms and conditions of the Ayala Malls Cinemas gift card shall be strictly followed. 9. Honne + Joan concert tickets and Ayala Malls Cinemas gift cards are non-refundable and are not are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash and other goods. Tickets allotted for Ayala Malls events are strictly not for resale. Ayala Malls reserves the right to suspend guest privileges of ticketholders found to be selling/scalping/auctioning their reserved tickets. 1. Present a minimum of P8,000 single or accumulated purchase receipt paid using a debit, credit or prepaid Mastercard from any of the participating Ayala Malls outlets purchased on the following dates: Purchase Period: • - November 4 to 6, 2019 • U.P. Town Center - November 5 to 7, 2019 • Alabang Town Center - November 6 to 8, 2019 • Bonifacio High Street – November 6 to 8, 2019 • Fairview Terraces - November 7 to 9, 2019 • Trinoma - November 9 to 11, 2019 • Ayala Malls Manila Bay - November 10 to 12, 2019 2. Customer’s minimum purchase receipt of P8,000 (paid using a debit, credit or prepaid Mastercard) entitles him/her to the ff: • 2 tickets to HONNE + Joan live! at Ayala Malls • 2 Meet and Greet passes with HONNE and Joan (one pass is valid for a meet-up with both bands) 3. Meet and Greet will happen in groups of 6 customers. 4. No Meet and Greet pass, no Meet and Greet.
