Mac keyboard shortcuts By pressing a combination of keys, you can do things that normally need a mouse, trackpad, or other input device. Quickly Zoom In and Out of Your Office Documents If you have a scrolling mouse, you can use the wheel button, the third (middle) button, to quickly zoom in and out of an Office document.
