Final Field announced for The 2012

(WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV) – At 7:30pm Tournament Officials announced the final playing field for the 2012 edition of The Greenbrier Classic. A contingent of 150 players (four open qualifying positions and two sponsor exemptions from the qualifying tournament will complete the field of 156 players on Monday, July 2) with eight alternates are listed below.

The 2012 field contains 13 Major Championship winners, including , the winningest player in professional over the past 16 years in his first appearance at The Greenbrier Classic. The others are , , , , , , , Davis Love III, , reigning U.S. Open Champion , and The Greenbrier’s Golf Professional Emeritus .
