Trademark. (a) The Sponsor hereby grants to the Company the right to use such . trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos.owned by the Sponsor in connection with the implementation of this Agreement, as may be agreed to •- in writing from time to time by Sponsor and the Company. The Company shall have no interest in or right to the use of such names, marks or logos, except for .any limited right of usage which the Sponsor may grant in writing pursuant to this Agreement. -
