THE STIRLING COUNCIL (A875 DUMGOYNE-KEPCULLOCH ROAD, BOQUHAN AND B837 DRYMEN – BALMAHA ROAD, BALMAHA) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2003
Councillor D Thomson, Chair of the Environmental Quality Committee, will move as follows:-
“That the Stirling Council resolve to make an Order under the powers conferred upon them by Sections 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), to be known as “The Stirling Council (A875 Dumgoyne- Kepculloch Road, Boquhan and B837 Drymen – Balmaha Road, Balmaha) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2003” the effect of which will be to introduce a speed limit of 40 mph on the sections of road detailed in the Schedule hereto”.

Sections of Roads over which 40 mph Speed Restriction is Applicable
A875 Dumgoyne – Kepculloch Road, Boquhan That part thereof, between a point 240 metres or thereby north-east of the projected centre line of Jenny Gunn’s Loan and a point 173 metres or thereby north-east of the projected centre line of Ballochruin Road,
B837 Drymen – Balmaha Road, Balmaha That part thereof, between a point 212 metres or thereby south-east of the projected centre line of the access to the Balmaha car park and a point 683 metres or thereby south-east of the centre line of the aforementioned access.
