An area I believe needs comment at the moment is water carriers and runners on the ground. ANZ NETBALL RISING STAR AWARD RFL President Rob Ash contacted us relaying a message of annoyance about runners and - - -- water carriers on the ground. Water carriers and runners cannot coach or direct players on the field. Runners are to deliver their message and leave the ground. Water carriers are not permitted to deliver messages.
