GSS NEWSFLASH UNICREDIT BANK HUNGARY ZRT. REVISION OF BSE INDICES 14.09.2010/044

Summary: The CEO and the Index Committee of the Stock Exchange (BSE) made a resolution on the new composition of the BUX, BUMIX and CETOP20 indices effective 1 October 2010.

The CEO of the BSE, based on the proposal of the Index Committee, adopted resolutions defining the new composition of the BUX, BUMIX and CETOP20 indices quoted by the BSE.

Under the resolution, the shares of RFV (ISIN HU0000089198) will be newly introduced to the BUX basket. The shares of Állami Nyomda (ISIN HU0000093257) and Synergon (ISIN HU0000069950) will be removed from the basket, as these securities did not meet the requirements repeatedly. Although the shares of TVK (ISIN HU0000073119) did not meet the criteria for being listed in the basket either, they will stay in the BUX index for the time being, since this was only the first instance for such non-compliance.

Based on the above decision, the new BUX index will contain the following 12 shares as of 1 October 2010: Econet, EGIS, FHB, Fotex, , MOL, OTP, PannErgy, Rába, Richter Gedeon, RFV, TVK.

This time no new shares will be added to the BUMIX basket. Although the shares of Állami Nyomda, Freesoft, Humet and TVK did not meet the conditions for the first time, these securities will remain in the index. It was also declared that the shares of Danubius, ÉMÁSZ and did not comply with the BUMIX requirements, they will stay in the basket as it is required by the stability of the index.

Based on the above decision, the new BUMIX index will contain the following 18 shares as of 1 October 2010: Állami Nyomda, Danubius, Econet, Egis, ÉMÁSZ, FHB, Fotex, Freesoft, Genesis, Humet, KEG, PannErgy, Phylaxia, Rába, RFV, Synergon, TVK, Zwack Unicum.

The composition of the CETOP20 index, which reflects the performance of 20 companies with the biggest market value and turnover in the Central European region, has been modified as follows. The shares of Bank Zachodni WBK and PGNiG will be removed from the basket, while shares of PGE and PZU will be included.

The new CETOP20 basket will contain the following 20 shares as of 1 October 2010: Bank Pekao, Bank PKO BP, CETV, CEZ, Erste Bank, HT, KGHM, Komercni Banka, Krka dd Novo Mesto, MOL, MTelekom, NWR, OTP, PGE, PKN Orlen, PZU, Richter Gedeon, Telefonica O2, Telekom Polska, Unipetrol.

In compliance with the BUX, BUMIX and CETOP20 manuals, the amount of shares included in the new baskets shall be defined based on capitalization figures and free float rates. BSE will publish data on the admitted amounts on 24 September 2010 the latest.

Impact on investors: The BSE performed the regular review of its BUX, BUMIX and CETOP20 indices in order to ensure that they are composed by a proper set of securities.
