IL&FS Engineering Services Receives LOIs for Electrification Works Worth Rs. 236.76 Crores in

Hyderabad: IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received the following Letter of Intents (LOIs) from Jharkand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (JBVNL) under the Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS): (i) LOI for Supply of all equipments and materials including providing for all erection services related to the Contract for Urban Electrification works of Electric Supply Circle of JBVNL covering two towns (Dhanbad & Chirkunda) in in Jharkand for a contract price of Rs 126.38 Crores; (ii) LOI for Supply of all equipments and materials including providing for all erection services related to the Contract for Urban Electrification works of -Sahibganj Electric Supply Circle of JBVNL covering seven towns (Dumka, Sahibganj, , , , & ) in Dumka, Jamtara, Sahibganj & in Jharkand for a contract price of Rs 110.38 Crores

The total contract value of the above LOIs is Rs 236.76 Crores, and the completion schedule of the works is 24 months.

IL&FS Engineering Services is already working for Rural Electrification (RE) and IPDS works in Jharkhand state at Sahibganj, East & West Singhbhum, and .

The Company is currently executing RE works/IPDS works for more than Rs. 1850 Crores across .
