S.N Minutes Remarks Status o. The Stage-I proposals submitted by the consultant were found in order. For the next stage of submission, the consultant will prepare 1 a report highlighting the major interventions proposed by them in order to achieve the intent of walkability. The consultant was asked to highlight all the proposals integrated 2 Integrated with the Walk Plan for better understanding. S.No Minutes Status 1 An auto/taxi prepaid booth is located on the main road while exiting the Nehru Place Metro Noted Station, which is currently under-utilized. It was informed during the meeting that the same is proposed to be shifted within the metro premises for better multi-modal integration at the Metro Station. 2 FOB near the proposed bus-depot is not being utilized at the moment, and the passengers stand Noted on the road to access buses, creating congestion. It was informed during the meeting that the FOB will be extended inside the DTC Bus Depot to allow people to wait inside the terminal and not hamper traffic flow on the carriageway. 3 Astha Kunj Road is heavily encroached by on-street parked vehicles. The proposed FOB (from Incorporated Nehru Place to the complex) may be extended to link with the existing Multi-Level Car Park (MLCP) to encourage people to use this parking facility. 4 The space in front of the Satyam Cinema is heavily encroached with unauthorized on-street DDA has proposed 2 no. parking and taxi pick-up/drop-offs. Provision of designated spaces for the same may be explored. MLCP in Nehru Place Redevelopment Plan, Dedicated Pick and drop areas for Taxi has been proposed as per MMI Plan

5 Issue was raised about the bottleneck created in front of Bhairon Mandir, but it was informed that Noted the same cannot be widened due to non-availability of space. 6 The proposed FOB at Nehru Place Metro Station should be connected at the unpaid part of the Incorporated station (if required, provision of AFC Gates, TVM and EFO may be provided.) 7 The location of FOB support system needs to be planned carefully after checking the availability of Noted land and its ownership.
