Footnotes TAPWRIT raced up close tracking the leaders in early stages, edged up three wide leaving the backstretch, quickly took over the lead, pulled away by clear margins then felt MASTER PLAN closing in the final furlong, roused for more and held under driving finish. MASTER PLAN sat just off leaders in early stages, continued rated then began to pick up the pace nearing the turn, angled out three wide approaching top stretch, roused for more, responded gamely and finished strongly to the wire, finished far ahead then rest of field. HEY MIKE vied for the lead heading out of the chute, continued to match strides with SALUTE WITH HONOR, took on added challenge of eventual winner leaving the backstretch, could not move on with rival but continued bid entering the lane then weakened and finished clear for show. CONTORMAR settled in off the pace running through the backstretch, hustled up along outside in the turn, angled in then got behind a rival and shifted back out, continued driving along outside but needed more to make impact. WHISKEY TRAIN raced in the back of the pack, saved ground then cut the corner entering the lane, angled out three wide and moved by couple faders. PURE SYNERGY raced up close then edged back just bit at the half mile marker, continued in good position leaving the backstretch, came under a ride but could not move on and faded in the lane. SALUTE WITH HONOR vied for the lead coming out of the chute, continued to match strides with HEY MIKE through the backstretch, lost position three furlongs out, kept on then came up empty in the lane.
