Effective September 29,2010,the Intermountain Power Agency (IPA) conveyed all of its interest in the company to Andalex Resources, Inc. Please note that this change involves only two pages of text in the MRP. In light of this small change I have taken the liberty of submitting both a redline-strikeout version of these pages and also a clean copy ofthe pages. This anticipates approval ofthe page-changes and should preclude the necessity of returning the entire submittal in anticipation of receipt of clean copies.
