ALL Ambassadors will be required to sign up to the National Program, via the National website. This is the minimum criteria that must be met or agreed to be delivered before signing up to the State Program. STATE PROGRAM

• The school population will be based on the numbers listed on education websites.

• RCM to provide ambassadors with updates as to how they are tracking

• The winners in regards to the bonus reward will then be announced during Term 2.

7 PRIMARY SCHOOL GOLD AMBASSADORS (All National + mandatory Silver + at least one Gold Criteria)

CRITERIA (OPTION 2) REWARD

Working closely with the Regional Cricket Manager and local club, form a girls only MILO T20 Blast school team/s (8 players per team) to participate in the closest MILO T20 Blast community Centre (RCM to advise). Tasks to include:- • Forming team/s • Allocation of team manager/s – One per team (parents) • Submit nomination to local club & RCM • TBC • Ensure girls are registered and paid online through Playcricket.com.au by end of Term 3. • In conjunction with the RCM and local club, complete a handover period to ensure ease of transition, including teacher being present at the first session.

8 PRIMARY SCHOOL GOLD AMBASSADORS (All National + mandatory Silver + at least one Gold Criteria)

CRITERIA (OPTION 3) REWARD Working closely with the Regional Cricket Manager and WACA Female Competitions Officer (Chloe Nella), form a girls only school team/s (8 players per team) to participate in the U13’s Girls Perth Scorchers League (RCM to advise). 10 PRIMARY SCHOOL How to create a strong School-Club Link – Examples

• Ambassador to actively contact clubs to offer the below opportunities (Cricket officer can supply club’s contact details if need be) • Organise parent information nights/sessions – Invite club/s to present. • Gain permission for clubs to setup registration desks in school during peak periods (when parents are mostly around) in lead up to the cricket season – Send invitation to clubs regarding opportunity and book them in. • Invite clubs to attend with Regional Cricket Manager and talk to students and setup a registration desk. • Promote club programs/activities in school newsletter for 3-4 weeks in a row leading up to the cricket season. • Invite clubs to run a session/s at the school during cricket programs • Run at least one session at a club for kids to get the feel of being in the club environment • Encourage clubs to send through any good news stories relating to past or present students from the school to include in the Newsletter • Encourage kids to go down and join in on the club programs

ALL AMBASSADORS

Mandatory Criteria • Register as a National Ambassador if you are a new ambassador • If you are registered as a Silver or Gold State Ambassador, agreed criteria MUST be completed by end of Term 1.

Criteria & Rewards: Terms and Conditions • Delivery of rewards will ONLY occur if the specific criteria has been completed (partial completion will not be accepted). Additionally if a reward relates to a specific event/date, the criteria must be booked in or completed before this date.

• For Silver & Gold Ambassadors, the WACA will make every attempt to deliver the rewards in a timely fashion, with the likely timeframe being during Term 2.

• Ambassadors are asked to consult their Regional Cricket Manager before registering as a Silver/Gold Ambassador to ensure that both parties are confident the criteria will be completed. Programs must meet the needs of the local area ie: consideration of programs that may clash with existing club programs.

TERM 4 – MILO T20 BLAST SCHOOL CUPS FINALS PATHWAY FOR EACH DIVISION

21 MILO T20 BLAST SCHOOL CUP FINALS REGIONAL FINALS - PRIMARY SCHOOL CARNIVALS

Qualification for the Metro Regional Finals • ALL Interschool Cups looking to qualify for the Metro Regional Finals MUST be completed by Thursday 20th October (Week 2, Term 4). • ALL Metro Interschool Cup winners (boys & girls), plus Ambassadors who receive automatic entry MUST register their school teams online NO later than Thursday 20th October (Week 2, Term 4). • Any schools Cups that occur after the above date and any schools that fail to register their teams by the above date will NOT qualify for the Metro Regional Finals. • It is the schools responsibility to ensure that their teams are registered online.

Qualification for Country Regional Finals • ALL Interschool Cups looking to qualify for a Country Regional Final MUST be completed by the dates nominated by the Regional Cricket Officer. • All Country Interschool Cup winners must register for a Regional Final through the Regional Cricket Officer or relevant Ambassador • ALL Country Regional Finals must be completed by Thursday 27th October at the latest, with the winners to travel to the State Finals at the WACA – date TBC. • *NO Exceptions to the above*

Metro Regional Finals • DATE – Thursday 27th October (week 3) • VENUE – Yokine Reserve • TIME – 9.00am to 2.30pm • Winner from each of the 7 metro regions to progress to the State Finals

Country Regional Finals • DATES– Various (Contact your Regional Cricket Manager) • VENUE – Various • Winner from each of the 5 country regions to progress to the State Finals

STATE FINALS • DATE – TBC • VENUE – WACA • TIME – 9.00am to 2.30pm • Boys and Girls State Champion to progress to the National Finals.

REGIONAL CARNIVALS

• 5 x Metro Carnivals (North West, North East, South West, South East & Peel)

• Dates & Venues, to be determined by the Regional Cricket Managers

• Divisions: Year 7-8 (Boys & Girls) and Year 9-10 (Boys & Girls)

• Winners from each of the 4 divisions to progress to the State Finals, with the Year 7-8 Girls State Champion ONLY progressing to the National Finals.

• ALL Regional Carnivals MUST be completed by the 4th November 2016 (Week 4, Term 4).

• EACH Regional Carnival MUST have a minimum of 4 teams participating in each division across the boys & girls

• Any Regional Carnivals that occur after the above date will NOT qualify for the State Finals.

• RCM to notify Claire Skea the winners from the Regional Carnival, progressing to the State Finals.
