Gothia Cup China shall be a meeting place for the young people of the world, regardless of colour, gender or religion, to enjoy football, and friendship.

“哥德杯”是全世界规模最大、最具影响力、最国 际化的青少年足球赛，主题语“不同的肤色，同一个 世界”，1975年创办于瑞典哥德堡，2007年被国际足 联授予“世界青少年杯”（The World Youth Cup） ，得到联合国、国际足联、欧足联、瑞典国家和社会 各界的高度评价和大力支持。

2018年第44届“哥德杯”，78个参赛国，1731支 球队，4424场比赛，40余个国家的媒体跟踪报道。

GOTHIA CUP started in 1975 in Gothenburg, Sweden; it has grown into the biggest, the most international and in- fluential youth football tourna- ment in the world. In 2007, it was named The World Youth Cup by FIFA. As the slogan goes – ‘Different Colors, Same World’, Gothia Cup aims to be a meeting place for the world’s children and young people regardless of religion, skin color, culture or ethnicity. The 44th Gothia Cup in 2018 saw 1,731 teams repre- senting 78 countries in 4,424 games. Meanwhile 100 plus reporters from around 40 nations followed the event.
