He owns a 10-11-5 record in league play with United and guided the Spring Arbor University men’s soccer team to its first-ever NAIA Coaching Staff Crossroads League regular season championship in the fall. Miller – the second Nate Miller head coach in United history – also led Spring Arbor to a 16-4-1 record, the Head Coach team’s most victories in a season since 2012. Career Record (W-L-D) 10-11-5 Assistant Coach Paul Gilbert KEY NEWCOMERS Assistant Coach Daniel Price DeJuan Jones: The Lansing native comes back to United after he appeared Assistant Coach Tim Daniels in two matches with the club in 2016. The speedy winger finished second Darus Ward on Michigan State in goals with seven last fall in his junior year, establishing Assistant Coach himself as a potential pro prospect. Jones has one season of PDL experience – he scored four goals in eight matches for the Myrtle Beach Mutiny last summer. Team/Media Relations Ebenezer Ackon: A native of Cape Coast, Ghana, the center back appeared in Manager Jeremy Sampson five matches for Bowling Green in 2017, his first season of NCAA soccer. He PA/Play-by-Play Dave Ellis tallied two assists for the Falcons and played the full 90 minutes in four of his Intern Sidney Binger five matches. Intern Carson Fick Intern Hannah Holiday Michael Wetungu: Jones’ teammate at Michigan State, the 6-foot-1 center back played nearly every minute for the Spartans last fall after starting all 20 Intern Ben Lewis matches. He was part of an MSU back line that posted 11 shutouts in 2017 and Intern Victoria Bell was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team two seasons ago.
