Thank you Rosemary. With regard to the above I have looked at the revisions . Flooding matters were already covered and the additional objective relates to water quality which is clearly a positive thing. Our representation on Policy 48 Webheath remains extant . The proposed policy includes criteria which if effectively implemented should not exacerbated flooding problems downstream. We of course would advocated that any proposed SUDS scheme should aim to secure surface water run‐off betterment as advocated in the National Planning Policy Framework. Regards, Fred.

Good morning. As a matter of urgency could you end me the link to the above document ( the one requested by the examination inspector). As you know we raised an issue regarding the potential flooding of Bow Brook as a consequence of the location of the proposed housing allocations ein th Plan. One would normally expect that to be considered in a SFRA and we would anticipate that there would be also some commentary in the revised Sustainability Appraisal. Thank you. Regards, Fred.
