Since 1983, the ICC International Court of Arbitration®, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) have co-sponsored a series of joint colloquia to discuss various topics relating to international commercial arbitration. This year, the 27 th Joint Colloquium on international arbitration is hosted by the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Objective Discussion with world-renowned international arbitrators will focus on: • Privilege in international arbitration • Allocation of costs as a tool to manage arbitral proceedings and costs related to access to the process • The role of Amicable Dispute Resolution in international arbitration • State court intervention in arbitration

Who should attend? Discussion topics will be of particular interest to practising lawyers; corporate counsel; arbitrators; mediators and other ADR experts and users; business people and academics wishing to acquire greater knowledge of international disputes resolution mechanisms.
