THE HOTEL

The Cervo is the ideal refuge for those who wish to stay in the lively centre of Porto Cervo. Designed in 1962 by the architect Luigi Vietti, it is an integral part of the village itself. The Conference Centre is a modern, high-tech facility, with modular rooms for any type of meeting, and efficient staff to organise receptions, parties and events (600 persons in theatre style) just a few steps from the sea. Equipped with touch screens, slide projectors, computer data & video, microphones and a video conference system with complete technical assistance. In addition, food and themed events can be organized in the Spanish-inspired courtyard, on the exclusive white beach or around the pool.

The Cervo Hotel has a total of 96 Bedrooms, including 80 Double Rooms in the main building of which 73 are Double (11 Premium, 41 Superior, 21 Classic), 5 Suites (1 Premium and 4 Deluxe) 2 Unique Suites (1 presidential, 1 Royal) and 16 double Classic rooms at the Tennis Club House.

The refined simplicity of the furniture made from materials by Sardinian artisans that are found in the ‘typical room’ creates an airy and bright atmosphere.

The main restaurant of the Hotel Cervo, together with the adjacent terrace, recently renovated, is located next to the patio of the Hotel and offers a romantic atmosphere illuminated by the soft lights of the harbor. The cuisine reflects the flavors of the Mediterranean.

• Cervo Grill At the Grill Restaurant & Bar you can enjoy delicious dishes, overlooking the famous Piazzetta in the heart of Porto Cervo. It’s cosy, refined ambiance and its creative Italian cuisine is perfect for romantic evenings. Open for dinner only from May to September, reservations must be made in advance

• Il Pescatore When crossing the wooden bridge that connects the Piazzetta to the Old Harbour, you will find one of the most renowned upscale fish restaurants of the area. • Pizzeria Il Pomodoro This traditional Italian restaurant offers the best of Pizza and Pasta together with a range of various other Mediterranean specialities. Informal and friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming to visitors who want to taste traditional Italian food. Open all year round.

• La Pergola For a light lunch or an afternoon snack, La Pergola allows you to escape from the sun. The terrace, located right on the ‘Piazzetta’ in the centre of Porto Cervo, often benefits from a light breeze and offers a beautiful view of the harbour. It is the perfect place to relax.

• Cervo Bar Centrale The real life at the Cervo Piano Bar begins at sunset. • Esmeralda Churrascaria Brazilian flavours and fragrances are reinterpreted in the heart of Porto Cervo. The informal ambience of the restaurant creates a fun filled evening for all diners, offering authentic food in a country-chic style setting.

• Bar Sole Situated in the famous Piazzetta of Porto Cervo, the bar is in the ideal location for those who wish to enjoy a drink with some friends after a day on the beach or for a relaxing after dinner drink.

Once a day, individual guests on the full board arrangement can enjoy the refined cuisine of all the restaurants within the resort as well as the hotels at the Cala di Volpe, Pitrizza and Romazzino without any supplement (Dine around Programme).

SPORTS FACILITIES

• The Tennis Club: An oasis of fitness with an outdoor and indoor pool, five open-air floodlit synthetic grass tennis courts, a squash court, a gymnasium and a wellness centre for total well-being.

• Pools: For relaxation, the Cervo offers one outdoor heated fresh water swimming pool in the main building, as well as another large outdoor pool at the Tennis Club. Adjacent to the club bar there is also a heated fresh water indoor-pool.

• Swimming and Sunbathing: From May through September a complimentary shuttle boat takes guests from the pier of the hotel to the private beach Li Nibani, just few minutes away. The beach is fully equipped. Guests will enjoy the uncontaminated and savage beauty of the Emerald green sea.
