In the Matter of ) ) Amendment of the Commission's Rules to ) MB Docket No. 03-185 Establish Rules for Digital Low Power ) Television, Television Translator, and ) Television Booster Stations and to Amend ) Rules for Digital Class A Television Stations )

MeTV FM COMMENTS

MeTV FM, a Channel 6 format on WRME-LP in , IL, provides a service to older listeners and advertisers who want to reach them.1 To support a request that the FCC will continue the opportunity of providing distinctive programming to underserved audiences on Channel 6, MeTV FM hereby provides the following information.

I. Distinctive Programming for an Underserved Audience

MeTV FM was launched five years ago in Chicago and is already one of Chicago’s Top Rated Stations. Baby Boomers are the target audience for our unique programming strategy that includes more 3,000 songs of family friendly hits and forgotten tracks from the 50’s, 60’s 70s and 80s.

According to Nielsen’s Audio Fall 2019 Report, more than 600,000 people listen to MeTV FM in the Chicago DMA each week, and of those 600,000 listeners, over 45,000 exclusively listen to MeTV FM, and not another single station in the Chicago DMA. Moreover, more than 200,000 people in the Chicago DMA report that MeTV FM is their preferred station. Our loyal listeners spend on average 3 hours and 15 minutes listening to 87.7 FM in Chicago each week.

Attached is a “MeTV FM Listener Comments” Exhibit with more than one hundred twenty five submissions from our listeners in the Chicago DMA that express why MeTV FM is significant to them – all of which were received in just the past week alone. These comments illustrate the unique and impactful offering that we provide to this underserved audience.

II. Significance to Community and Economic Benefits

Because of our wide reach, MeTV FM aspires to be a bellwether in broadcasting with news briefs and the only 24/7 weather radar for those who don’t have access to cable or cell phones. We have received numerous awards from the Broadcasters Association for our creativity and most importantly, our commitment to the community. In 2019 alone, we were nominated for five awards, including best radio PSA for a PSA we produced for the ,

1 Me-TV Music LLC (“MeTV FM”) is a subsidiary of Co., an independent family owned media company. and the Best Radio Station for Community Service for helping raise tens of thousands in funds for the Save the Music Foundation, a non-profit that provides musical instruments and music education to underserved youth.

In addition, based on the audience that we built, we now have more than 300 local advertisers that range from growing small businesses who may be priced out from legacy stations, to niche buyers that want to reach our unique demo, such as in health and senior services. We employ a team of sales associates focused exclusively on connecting businesses in our community with advertising opportunities on MeTV FM and a team of programming and engineering staff to lead our on-air efforts.

III. Significance of Channel 6 Platform to Reach Audience

Without the ability to provide audio programming on Channel 6 in Chicago, we would not be able to meet the demand from local listeners and businesses, and most importantly, to serve our community. Simply said, other opportunities to program our station on the FM dial in the Chicago DMA are economically unrealistic. And, if we ceased to exist, it is unlikely a Chicago radio station would fill our void as the prejudice against music programming for older adults is widespread, and many major radio stations and groups cannot or will not take the risks of serving this demographic.

***

We appreciate the Commission’s attention on MB Docket No. 03-185, and we hope the FCC will continue to support the opportunity of providing distinctive programming to underserved audiences on Channel 6.

Respectfully Submitted,

EXHIBIT METV FM LISTENER COMMENTS January 10, 2020 – January 17, 2020 Full Names and Contact Information Available Upon Request

1. (Brian) You're offering a selection of music that has been unavailable on the airwaves for years. Given the current political climate, your station offers respite from the endless barrage of bad news. I enjoy the familiar songs, but mostly I love the obscure songs such as Come Saturday Morning, or I Will Always Think About You. I also really appreciate the brief commentary on artists, and the fact that you intentionally group the commercials as a whole at the end of the hour. I applaud all of the decisions made to achieve this incredible. 2. (Pat) Happy Birthday MeTV/FM, I am now a senior and grew up during the time of what I call the "Great Music." We knew all the words and danced every new dance. Every day, when I listen to MeTV/FM, I can recall every wonderful memory that took place with each song at the time it was popular. Although, those memories are now miles away, you bring happiness to me every day. 3. (Bill) I could tell you how much the timeless music that you play means to me and how it reminds me of important stages and people in my life past and present, but that would take more than just a few words so I'm going to come in at a different angle and tell you what I really appreciate about MeTV FM. Anyone can play the music on the radio but what makes your station so special is all of the extras that you added to the music. Especially when you fill in the details about a certain artist or a certain song or a certain decade. That's what I like listening to. And the people that you have on your station have the most extraordinary and soothing voices. When you hear them on the radio it's like hearing family talk. Thank you for you do. 4. (Paula) Thank you for bringing all these wonderful songs back to us. When I hear Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World", I think of the time I was driving from the South back to Chicago. I looked out the window at this beautiful country and was truly thankful. - And I love all the history of the musicians and singers. Keep up the great work you all do. Sincerely - Paula 5. (Chris) I just wanted to tell you that I only listen to your radio station in the car. Last week I bought a brand new Buick Enclave. The salesman was shocked because before I would purchase the car I made him show me that I could listen to my MeTV radio in the new car. I love my new car and I love your radio station. Keep it going! 6. (Wayne & Geri) A very Happy Birthday and many more. We can't live without your music in the background. It brightens up our day and night. Thank You, Wayne & Geri 7. (Jane) Thank you for finding and playing older tunes that would otherwise be lost. I love hearing Tommy Edwards again! And, theme from A Summer Place. Those and others bring back memories. When my brother was here last year he found your station and loved it too. He is from the Oregon Coast, and said there was nothing like where he is. Thanks for all you do. 8. (Sue) Your radio station has brought back sooo many memories. From songs that I listened to as a child to songs I disco as young adult. A few times I had to pull over as I have not heard that song since childhood. Your music has that kind of influence. Our age group (boomers) does not have any radio stations that are cater to us. Keep up the good work & I will still listen!

9. (Carl) I've been with you from day one. I remember finding out about 87.7 from the print media. They were wondering who the DJ was going to be. It's the music! Don't let it stop! 10. (John) OMG! Listening to your station sends me right back to my wonderful childhood memories. Being a 56 year old married man, love is still in my heart & always wants to come out via hearing good songs on the radio. I can't stop telling everyone to listen to 87.7 FM. Thank you. Keep on doing what you are doing. I LOVE IT! 11. (No name) Just wanted to tell what METV means to me: Everyday when I walked into my 93 year old moms house she was always listening to your station. She listened for as long as you have been on I would bet. Now that.shes not with us anymore my wife and I both have METV set on our cars. Thanks from my mom & us. 12. (Jody) I love MeTVFM!!! I’m 35, but I grew up listening to the . It was much better than the music my counterparts were listening to at the time(!), and it still is!!! I always feel good while listening to MeTVFM and hope that it’s still on the air for many years to come! I love hearing songs that I haven’t heard since my childhood, songs I’m learning to love, and songs I’ve never heard before. I also enjoy hearing trivia about songs and artists who were born on that specific day. And when an artist passes away, you always pay tribute to them by playing songs that they were famous for. The genre on MeTvFM is music that the whole family can enjoy. It is timeless, classic and memorable. And enjoyable for all ages. Hands down, the best radio station since Oldies 104.3 went off the air. Thank you for being a constant positive in my life. 13. (Bill) I’m really happy that this radio station is on the air. It plays so many of the songs that I grew up with and don’t hear on any other station. I’m tuned in at home, in the car, and at work all day. It’s hard to believe that you’ve been on the air for five years already. Keep up the great work. 14. (Ron) Best radio station since the 70’s 15. (Timothy) Happy birthday MTV FM keep playing those great songs..... love the variety..... 16. (Douglas) I am so glad 87.7 is on the air in Chicago. You are the only soft rock station for my age group. I'm 53. I love the music. I also enjoy Solid Gold Sixties online if I'm not using the radio. Keep up the great work! 17. (Jim) Good morning, you want some comments? Okay, here goes, your station has proven over and over again to be a Godsend for many of us listeners. Songs that I haven't heard in or just forgot about having a re-birth of being enjoyed. Do keep up the good work! Thanks. 18. (Al) After retiring I was in Ca. for 20 years. One really good channel in L.A. area that I could get down in San Diego.. I hoped to find a channel as good but you guys have surpassed by a wide margin. You guys have the best selection of tunes . Just GREAT !! 19. (Steve) I love the fact You don't play the same old oldies day in day out. You have a great station. Keep up the good work. 20. (Peggy) I can't begin to say how much I love this station! It brings back so many memories from so many years. The other day I heard the first 45 I bought...Runaway by Del Shannon. I've heard songs from my high school prom, from when I got married and when my children were born. It really feels like a soundtrack of my life sometimes. I also love that you play so many songs that may not have been the most popular but I still remember. Of course, I love that there are so few commercials! 21. (Chris) I recently started listening to your station and I must tell you, I love it!!! Thanks and keep up the good work 

22. (Ryan) You are my one and only radio source for the best music. Thanks for introducing me to great songs I never knew of! 23. (Lynn) You have made my day for the last 5 years..... with all the wonderful music I once thought would never be played again !!!!!! THANK YOU for bringing back all my SWEET memories of the past. You are a GEM in the world of music and I am SO grateful it all happened !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What in the world would we do without you.....The bright SUNSHINE in our lives.....EVERYDAY !!!!!! (Bill) Metv FM is my go to station from my way to work and on the way back home. You guys play such a wide variety I never know what to expect next. Keep up the good work! 26. (Gigi) Aloha from Chicago! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MeTVFM 87.7 radio! You bring back great memories from every decade of My Life, from my childhood in the 60s, teen years of the 70s, and young adult life in the 80s growing up in Honolulu! I even LOVE the 50s! You even play songs TODAY I thought only played in Hawaii, like Liz Damon & The Orient Express, Hawaii Five-0, Sukiyaki and more! Mahalo nui loa (thank you very much) from this Oahu native here in Chicago! 27. (Mike) Congrats on 5 Memorable years and being in the top 10. Your music selections reboot certain historic events in our lives. We hear the track and the event pops up. 28. (Sarah) Thanks for providing an interesting line-up of songs that I know all the words to but haven't heard in years. The only downside is that my voice goes hoarse in sweet, sweet chorus with the constant parade of the best music! 29. (Elda) You are The Best Oldies Radio Station in the world every time you play that special song the bring me back in time wow Thank you so much for the wonderful job and please continue bringing to us that Lovely memory music the creator of the Radio station it is Genius God Bless you all It is the only Radio station in my car and at home   Sincerely Elda Please play Silvia pillow talk for my husband Jan Thanks again 30. (Marie) I discovered 87.7 in July of 2015. I have not turned it off since. So many of your songs take me back to my childhood. My Mom always had music on, and 87.7 plays all of the music I remember from a simpler, care- free life. My mother died in December of 2015, giving these songs that much more significance in my life now. The songs take me back to a world that was more caring, more peaceful and more loving; things that we need more of today. Thank you again Me-TVFM for always taking me back to a simpler time that as an adult I understand and appreciate more and more. 31. (David) Hard to believe it has been 5 years! Yes, Me TV FM has made a difference in my life. I had almost given up on radio until I started listening to Me TV FM. MeTVFM is like a glorious COMBINATION of all of the great radio stations that I used to listen to: WLS AM, WCFL AM, WIND AM, WSDM FM, WNUA FM, and on and on. :-) LOVE LOVE LOVE that you play the music of artists that didn't get the fame fortune and press, and yet played and sung music that lifted us all: The Stylistics, Looking Glass, Harry Chapin, and many more. :-) LOVE LOVE LOVE that you and your sponsors are respectful of my time, by not playing commercials endlessly like other radio stations. Also your commercial are not loud and blaring,

which makes me listen to them MORE! :-) I wake up to Me TV FM on my alarm clock radio, and use your station to relax me before I go to sleep at night. 32. (Bonnie, Bill and William) Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear MeTvFM 87.7... Happy birthday to youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu :) And many more..... I love all the songs you guys play! 33. (Santo) HAPPY Birthday MeTVFM! Thanks for making my Saturday Night with another great set of DANCE WITH ME. 34. (Terra) Hello, I was prompted by the ad asking for comments about Metv.fm. I'm 25 and I think there is something to love about all eras of music but this is hands down the best radio station I can get in Chicago. From the hits to rare finds this station has a catalogue bigger and more eclectic than other stations. From slow love songs in the mornings to Dance with ME, .fm is likely to get the mood right. I've gotten my friends and my parents to tune in. I hope you all can stay on the air through 2020, metv brings me so much joy. 35. (Caryl) My radio station has not moved for the last 3 years or so. I even have most of the presets set for 87.7. For years I kept having to find a station that had oldies, and seventies songs. I am so happy to have found your station it has the best variety of music ever. Please keep up the good work! Thank you. 36. (Al) Thanks so much for the music. Many long forgotten but so wonderful to hear again, so many great memories. Rick so nice to hear you again good job my friend. 37. (Beth) Hello! I love your station! Remember so many songs since I was a very young girl. Love the 60's & 70's songs especially! 38. (Bernie) Heard an announcement to leave a comment about your station. Ever since accidently finding your station by scanning the dial about 5 years ago, 87.7 is a permanent fixture on our . My wife and I love hearing the songs we grew up with on WLS and WCFL years ago. I sincerely hope your station is still going strong 15 or 20 years from now. 39. (Dave) Happy B-Day 87.7! Thank-You for the best sound-tracks through the passage of time! Your number 1 in my book and rarely listen to other stations (used to be 93.1, but no longer). Been listening for most of your 5, hoping for many more to come! Best Wishes! 40. (Jean) Your station is still amazing - it still rules my dial at home & in my car. Here's hoping there'll be many more years on the radio for metv.fm - cheers!! 41. (Karin) Wow! 5 years already, time sure flies when you're having fun. Keep up the great work and awesome music. Absolutely love this station. Congrats on a job well done! 42. (David) I just wanted to tell everyone at MeTv that please keep doing what you are doing on your radio station. You make old music come to life like it was new and your mix of songs seems to roll together better than any other oldies radio station that has tried over the last 30 years. I grew up with WLS, then XRT and then music seemed to drop off and become redundant. What you have done is bring the real rock and roll back to life that made all of the music in the future come to fruition. I have listened to many oldie stations over

the years but they never seemed to capture the feeling of the music from the 60's and 70's. I listen to your station every chance I get and hope you keep doing what you are doing. Most excellent job and please do not go away! Unlike the music of today, even the girls start singing in the car when your music is on the air. You are doing something right and please do not let anything change that. Thank you for bringing back the music that really made a difference! Kind regards, Dave S. 43. (Dick) My wife and I love the station. We get it in one of our two cars and argue over the one that gets the station. 44. (Augustino) Love your station!!! Thank you for playing all that great music... 45. (Lynne) It's one great song after another. I love each and every one 46. (Sheila) Great station. Keep the songs comin'. My radio dial is set on 87.7fm. And happy birthday. Many happy returns of the day. 47. (Tom) Happy Birthday METV FM! Keep on rockin! Love what you are playing seven days a week. 48. (Linda) I just want to say this station is AMAZING Back in the 60’s Radio was my friend I listened to it nonstop, except when I had to go to school lol. I hear songs that bring back so many great memories for me, and songs that I haven’t heard probably in 50 years. I Also love hearing songs from the 70s and 80s. The variety on this station is excellent. I would be lost if I didn’t have your station to listen too. Thank you so much   49. (Karla) I love your station and the music. All my radios are set to 87.7 even if its not so clear everywhere. Those good times with the girls come back during every song. Great take me back memories. Thank you so much. 50. (Gordon) My wife and I enjoy MeTV.fm more than other oldies stations that have come and gone, mostly for the songs that usually never got played - even on traditional oldies formats. I sure hope the FCC see fit to somehow let MeTV.fm continue to utilize the analog signal that has facilitated its success over these last few years.  51. (Tanya) I'm so glad MeTV FM exists. You play stuff that the other stations don't, things I haven't heard since I was child in the 1970's. The radio was always on at my house (WLS or WCFL) and a lot of these songs were played on those stations. You also play a lot of more obscure things (I just heard "Never Ending Song of Love" by Delaney and Bonnie and "Jackie Blue" by The Ozark Mountain Daredevils; and I absolutely love that you play "Romeo's Tune" by Steve Forbert. No one EVER plays that!). WLS plays a lot of 80's hard rock, and though I was a teenager then, it was not my style. I get taken back in time with this music. Little flashbacks to a nicer time. A sweet time. Playing outside with my friends, going shopping with my mom, being at grandmas (she had the radio on too). I hope you stay on the air forever, or at least until I die. Happy Birthday to you Me Tv FM! 52. (Terry) Hi, Congrats on 5 years on the air. Like the format you have with great mixes of music, Followed Rick for years on WNUA FM ( sure miss that! ) so how about adding a SMOOTH segment on Saturday Night !Keep up the great work and look forward listening for another 100 years! Thanks again Terry B.

53. (Kim) FM 87.7 is more than great music. I listen to it daily, almost all day long and never tire of it. Recently, I started doing my exercises to 87.7 and it's made a big difference. It's the one thing that makes the exercises fun and keeps my mind active. Sometimes exercise is hard to do consistently but listening to 87.7 makes it so much easier. Long life to you and keep up everything that you are doing. You a real joy to me. 54. (Lisa) Happy 5 years!!! Love this station!! Brings back so many great memories for me!! Thank you!! 55. (Richard) great music!! My only wish is that the signal was stronger in NW Indiana. 56. (Jane) I remrmber the first email l ever sent you guys several years ago after discovering the station. I wrote "This station hurts my heart." And it still does, but in a good way. Mostly. I hear songs that make me cry, remembering me of my first crush, or a heartbreak. It makes me think of friends I have lost touch with, or who have passed away. But, of course, there are good memories as well. I love this station! 57. (Yvonne) I've only been a listener to your station for less than a year but it is now my "GO TO" station. I live alone and don't watch TV so your station is on all the time. It is great to listen to music I can sing along with and know the words to. Too much of the more recent music doesn't have words you can understand or want to repeat so I dearly love having your station playing the music it does. 58. (Heidi) I really enjoy listening to u guys in my car wherever I go! There is such a great variety of oldies and such that it brings me back to a time when I first heard them! I remember who I was with at the time and call them up to reminisce and keep in touch with new memories! Hey, if I can’t have my WNUA back...this station takes the cake instead!! 59. (Angie) Hi,thank u for five years of great music....every song takes me back to different times in my life,I enjoy your music very much....I have it on at work, car and as soon as I get up everyday it’s on....can’t get enough of u guys....thank you being a part of my day,my memories n my life...please don’t change anything....xo 60. (Larry) I want to thank all of you folks at ME TV fm. I've listen to your station from the start 5 years ago. The music brings back wonderful memories of the days before and after I've dated my wife. We've been married for 35 years. We also like the way you've added the year of the songs that are playing. That was a great idea. Do not change what you are doing. Also ... Thanks for the car magnet ... It saved my marriage. LOL. 61. (Jon) Rick, MeTV radio is my go to station. Playing older songs, that bring back memories and that have not seen air time in awhile. Good songs! As the Chicago radio landscape has changed, finding great and memorable music is not easy. As a musician, I have rediscovered many a tune by listening to MeTv radio and now include these rediscovered gems into my set list. Keep up the music! Jon 62. (Debora) Hi Mr O’Dell, It is my sincere pleasure to do anything I am able to assist in the success of Me Fm! I heard you on the radio this morning asking listeners to comment on the website, so here I go! I listen to ME Fm whenever I can. I listen while I’m getting ready for work, in the car, and when I return home. I wish I had an app to listen on my phone while at work! Can you help with that? Your station and lineup of music makes my day everyday! So many happy memories and sensational

feelings attached with the music you play! I just can’t tell you how much I enjoy listening! Please keep up the incredible job! 63. (Kathy) Happy 5th Anniversary! Been listening since the beginning and loving it! Hearing Bobby Vinton singing MELODY OF LOVE one day, made me a listener. I hadn't heard that song in forever and I thought of my Polish Southside roots and KNEW I was hooked to MeTVfm. 64. (Don) Rick, Happy 5th Anniversary. Thank you and your crew for five years of awesome music. From one hit wonders to deep cuts to number one hits. You cover them all and do it extremely well. Keep up the good work. A loyal listener. 65. (Ali) Songs not only take me back to great (and some not so great) days, but the songs are clean no filthy and explicit lyrics. A breath of fresh air. 66. (Glenn) I am sometimes accused of living in the past. And what's wrong with a little of that. The play list of MeTV fm brings me back to those great times. When I hear " This Magic Moment" by Jay and the Americans it was the theme of my prom in 1971. The girl I took to that prom is my wife and we will be married 44 years this Oct. When I hear " It could be we're in love" by the Cryan Shames it takes me back to that summer of 1967 chasing girls at the lake. And just hanging out with my best friends. When I hear " Happy Together" by the Turtles it brings me back to my grammar school graduation. We had a 50 year reunion a few years back. That was the theme." Happy together." So MeTV fm brings back all those great times. And reminds us of what we were doing & with who in our " Glory Days". Thanks MeTVfm. Your station is a WAYBAC machine for memories. A Timeline of our younger days to say the least. 67. (Linda) A long tie ago theRe were AM stations playing the music I liked to listen to, but they disappeared one by one. I switched to FM and listened to it and sometimes still do when we are driving down to visit our kids. But, once I found 87.7 FM almost 5 years ago, I only listen to your station, and I love it! When driving down to Bloomington/Normal your station is on until we lose the signal. I am so happy that I found your station when I did because I love the Oldies from my younger years. I was only 5 to 10 years old when I started loving the music of the 50's. Of course that carried on with the 60's, 70's and 80's music. This is why I love your station. I do wish we would hear more of the 50's music. Please keep up the great work. Thank You 68. (Pat) I absolutely love your station especially when you play two songs by two different artists but the songs are the same! thank you! 69. (Cherie) I love MeTVfm! I just heard " Yesterday Once More" by the Carpenters and that is exactly how I feel about the music. " But they're back again, Just like a long lost friend, All the songs I loved so well...All my best memories Come back clearly to me" Thank you! 70. (Emil) I’ve enjoyed your station since day one. I have my magnet on the back of my car and when someone notices it I go into my sales pitch for MetvFm. I tell them how much I enjoy the station and they should give it a try. The only problem is the weak signal you. I tell them to get the Metv app on their phone and they can listen all the time. Thanks Rick for the great station 71. (Steve) This station is my definite go to on a daily basis even streaming when out of town. At times there is a free preview for satellite radio & I still prefer METV FM. The music is timeless, keep up the great work

72. (Janet) Happy 5th Anniversary METV FM! Thank you for bringing back the best music ever! For those of us not interested in Taylor, Lizzo and One Direction's music; you've made listening to the radio fun again! Keep it up! 73. (Larry) Good morning Rick, I have been listening since you started. I found your station when I was tuning through the band looking for an oldies station,. You played a song I have not heard since I was in boot camp at Great Lakes Naval Station and I was hooked. I usually have a stereo playing in the basement or garage tuned to Me Tv FM playing all day long. Thank you! Larry 74. (Christine) hello, i have listened to metv from the very beginning and i can't tell you, how much this station has brought such sweetness to my life. first thing i do everyday is turn the radio on. It takes me back to simplier times, when music to me was music, I tell all my friends and even strangers about your station. i don;t ever go without it, also in car and boat. 75. (Diana) You guys are the best! Love all the songs and memories. You play a great variety. I like that you can see songs played and check if you want to hear it more or less. And it is amazing I hear a song from the. Past and. Can sing every word of them ..keep it up. Love 87.7 fm !!! 76. (Stephanie) Have listened since you went on the air. This is the music of my life and your station is so wonderful to listen to. I love the variety of the music and I don't keep hearing the same songs over and over. Thanks for keeping this wonderful music alive and well. 77. (Donna) Have listened since you went on the air. This is the music of my life and your station is so wonderful to listen to. I love the variety of the music and I don't keep hearing the same songs over and over. Thanks for keeping this wonderful music alive and well. 78. (Sue) I am so grateful for your radio station. Love the selection that you play. Now that WGN plays 3 hours of Frank Sinatra on Sunday mornings, I thought it would be a neat idea if you could play an hour or two of songs from the artists of the Rat Pack on the weekend. Just an idea. Thanks again for your station because it is liked by the baby boomers, like me, to the millenials like my daughter. 79. (Donna) I absolutely LOVE your station ! I love the fact that there are no repeats, also no chit chat with the dj ! Please never change. Also love that in the car I’m always...ALWAYS singing along and that my granddaughters ( ages 10 and 7 ) sing along as well ! Keep up the awesome work ♥️♥️♥️️ 80. (Hope) Music has the power to conjure memories, good and bad. Feelings of happiness and sometimes a twist of melancholy. There are times during the listening day that I and sing along and other times that I stop and close my eyes for a moment and just let the memory wash over me. Whatever the memory...your music makes my day! Thank you 81. (Walt) You requested listener feedback. I have been listening to MeTVfm since it went on the air, and have not changed the station on my car radio since then. The memories the songs bring back, I feel like I'm back in the car in the 60's and 70's again. I spend a fair amount of time in my car most days and where once I got aggravated with traffic, now it's almost enjoyable with 87.7 on the radio. It is calming, uplifting, nostalgic

and can often turn a bad day or mediocre day into a good one when a favorite song or long lost gem comes on. I don't know what I would do now without MeTVfm as my driving companion. I also enjoy the little extras, like the back-to-back snack, tv theme songs and the fact you usually play full length versions of songs (not the ones that were edited because they were too long) - and unlike the old stations with DJs, where you never heard the musical intro or ending because the DJs would be flapping their jaws, we get to enjoy the entire song, from the first note to the last uninterrupted. I also enjoy your website. Thanks you thank you thank you for all the music and memories! I hope your station continues forever! 82. (Marion) his is the best radio station of all times. I love the music selection, brings back a lot of memories, but that's good, because memories are always part of our life. Whether home or driving 87.7 is always one. Keep it going 83. (Rich) I have not changed the radio station in my truck, garage or recroom for a few years now. Thanks for playing memorable and meaningful music. PS it would be nice to hear some of the other bands we cut our teeth on. Like Uriah Heep of hands and easy living. Maybe a little ZZ top. After all, with the new pot laws we could fly like an eagle or be thick as a brick. Who knows. 84. (Nancy) I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I LOVE your station. The phenomenal variety of songs, artists, musical genres, etc. I get very irritated when I am driving one of our cars that the radio doesn't pick up your station clearly. It is such a pleasure to listen and remember old, good times with the music that you play. So many great memories. Just want to say THANK YOU!!! 85. (Linda) i LOVE YOUR STATION-YOU PLAY "FRESH" OLDIES, NOT THE SAME OLD-SAME OLD, 86. (Ken) I am 57, the youngest of 8. My oldest brother(now 68), turned me on to you right after you hit the air. I remember the day vividly; my wife and I were at HOBOs, and he called to say he had found "this great station". I turned it on after we left the store, and I haven't looked back. The songs you play bring back such great memories for me-life growing up, life reflected now. I have always leaned toward "oldies stations", but you are WAY more than that. Thank you for everything, and PLEASE continue doing what you do. I am a very loyal listener. Most of the songs I have on my tablet are because of you. format- 87. (Lawrence) I enjoy listening to your station. I find that a lot of the songs played on this station are ones that I haven't heard in a long time and some I listened to for the first time. 88. (Rachel) These are the songs that I listened to in my preteen and young adult era. Hearing them takes me back to what I was doing at the time of the song, who I was with, what my feelings were even. It takes me back to a time that were fairly carefree. I didn't have all kinds of baggage that I carry with me now. I can drop that baggage at the train station when your station plays those wonderful songs. My body is thin and flexible again and I can even sweep across the floor somewhat doing the mash potatoes, the swim, the twist, the cha cha. I'm with Patrick Swayze Dirty Dancing with the best of them in the church basement in my neighborhood in Chicago. Keep playing those tunes. 89. (Kathleen) Oh the memories. Never stop! Love this station. 90. (Linda) MeTVFM is the BEST! Your DJs are fun but never inappropriate. The music brings back wonderful fun memories of growing up in Hawaii. It is a “Family approved” station - which is not easy to find. The station is on in the bedrm when I awake; in my car; in the office at work; & back on when I return home. Thanks to all the Execs & Staff for what you provide to your listeners - great work product - great collaborative efforts -great station! 91. (Rob)

As a child growing up, making friends was a little difficult for me. While playing in my back yard, the only companionship I had was the music playing on the radio from in the garage. Now, 45 years later, your radio station’s music, has bought forth that sense of comfort, and thus, gives me a friend everyday that I missed out on as a youth. 92. (Teresa) You are a great station for nostalgia. A song comes on and it takes me back to when I was home as a little kid getting ready to go to school. All the hustle and bussel of a rainy day when my mom and dad were still alive , my golden years. I start to cry and remember the happy times and how then I didn't know those were the happy times. Especially when the song " Our House" comes on , it just makes me cry. 93. (Dennis) I just lost my wife after 56 years of wonderful marriage. The music you play brings me back to that wonderful time with my wife. I love her and love your music. 94. (Noelle) What a breath of fresh air MeTv fm has proved to be! I look forward to hearing the wide variety of music your station provides every day. I have heard other patrons also exclaim they also listen to your radio broadcast. I am proud to display my magnet on my vehicle to give you the free advertising. Please continue to do what you do and all of us listeners will continue to listen and enjoy for years to come. Happy Birthday and many more! 95. (Janice) (Hi Rick—this is my "5th birthday message" for you guys… congratulations on your upcoming anniversary!) The younger half of the baby boomers grew up listening to radio during the three most diverse consecutive decades of American popular music, covering doo wop, rock and roll, middle-of-the- road standards, folk music, the British Invasion, Motown, singer/songwriters, country crossovers, disco and synth pop. Nothing on the radio has that eclectic mix we crave—except for MeTV FM. And as if that wasn’t already plenty of variety, you also serve instrumentals, teen idols, and movie and television themes on the buffet. “Me” is home for artists who had gold record after gold record and are completely ignored by everyone else on the FM dial: Carpenters, Glen Campbell, John Denver, David Gates, Andy Williams, Johnny Mathis, and so on. Many of them are now only considered “timeless and memorable” at Christmas time. But MeTV FM hasn’t forgotten their wonderful music—ANY day of the year. Other acts that are typically represented on oldies stations by only one or two hits—say, the Monkees or Barry Manilow— finally have multiple selections from their extensive catalogs back on the air. Of course one- or two-hit wonders and the most obvious hitmakers are heard from, too, but it’s such a joy to hear our “long-lost friends” again—and often. My cherished original LPs and singles are having a well-deserved rest since I started listening to Me. Brilliant concept, excellent execution, clever promos, and the best playlist EVER. What’s not to love (other than maybe the dial position if you drive a Ford)? Love ME For A Reason: Yesterday Once More. 96. (Mary-Jo) My only regret is that I didn't know about MeTV FM until about 2 years ago. I love, love, love the station and we listen to it 90% of the time (except Sunday morning: Breakfast with the Beatles with Terri Hemmert on XRT). I have told many friends about the station and some knew (and listen) and others have checked it out. Many of us however have trouble getting the 87.7 signal in the car. Still, at home...it's our "go to" and gives us hours of joy! Thank you! 97. (Bob) I've loved what you're doing since I stumbled upon the station five years ago (I was looking for WGN's former FM affilliate). The mix of music is wonderful; I may not like every single song, but for the very few that I don't like, I try to keep in mind those who do. So it's all good! Thank you very much! 98. (Carol) Louie Louie and LSD Love listening to the old songs. Brings back good memories and fine times. Not to mention it get me off the couch and moving to music, just like my teens and twenties and so on....Please keep it up.

99. (George) Thank you for 87.7 FM. Since growing up as a kid, have always had a radio in my ear. And believe it or not I remember virtually 9 out of every 10 songs aired all the way back to the late 1950's. 100. (Gloria) Love your station, it's one of my favorites! The variety and song selections are amazing! Please please don't go away anytime soon  101. (Sarah) I am 23 years old and this channel is one of the most used channels I listen to in my car! I love knowing that there is a channel that will play all the good popular music from the old days. Thanks for making it possible for me to enjoy all this good music! 102. (Anthony) The radio station is unique there is nothing like it and I can’t ever recall hearing another station like yours do not change a thing 103. (Liliana) I love this radio station, it has been 3 years I listen to it Sunday to Friday for 5 hours each day at my office. The music brings me back to my childhood and it is so relaxing while working under pressure . Thank you so much for existing . Cheers and success for many years to come! 104. (Janel) Love your station !!!!! Seriously considering canceling SirusXM.... just Wish we were able to tune in to 87.7 in our new Ford !!!!! 105. (Carol) I heard your announcement over the weekend, asking for our comments in writing. I am like so many people who have submitted comments that you play over the air. I am so grateful for a station that plays the music from entire life, and not just the top 40 hits. Like so many others have said, it is so wonderful to hear songs I have not heard in years. I forgot about them, but hearing them takes me back to so many wonderful times in my life. Just now, you played Floyd Cramer's "Last Date." I truly have not heard that song in decades. It immediately made me think of my parents, who are gone now. They both loved that song. They had the LP and played it often. My mom also had the sheet music for it, and would play it on the piano. Like I said, I feel so grateful to have a station that plays all the music from my lifetime. I am retired, so I have your station playing in my home all day long. The same is true when driving in my car. 106. (Ron) MeTv Fm is the only Radio station I listen to at home and in my vehicle. You play my own music collection for me. Thanks so much I’m glad you’re always there. 107. (Greg) All of my radios have been glued to 87.7 FM since you went on the air. It makes me feel like I have my youth back. I'm 71 and I'll always be a listener for as long as I can. Keep up the good work !! 108. (Jim) I’m so thankful for your radio station. It’s been my favorite ever since I found out about it. I have wonderful memories growing up 60s and 70s, and every song transports my recollections of happy times 109. (Kathy) I love this radio station! I grew up in the 60’s listening to wls and wcfl. Being able to hear these songs again brings back such good memories! When I hear the disco songs, I want to get up and swing dance! Happy Anniversary! To many, many more years! 110. (Tammy) We discovered your station about six months ago. We, being Clinical Laboratory Scientists, working in the basement laboratory. Not allowed to "stream" (which would slow down the network) we needed a real radio station! I personally enjoy the short narratives for the birthday artists. A few commercials, not a ridiculous amount that would cause me to change stations to escape the drone. It seems just right, with an explanation on when the music will be right back. Now I also listen at home simply because I enjoy the variety, not because I can't stream. I choose not to! Thanks, keep up the great programming and stories along with the headline news.

111. (Joy) What can I say ....when I was in my 20's and 30's, you couldn't pay me to listen to some of what I listen to now from this Amazing Metv station. Now the Music I listen to is like being rap in a nice warm blanket.....Happy 5th anniversary. On this one ....you nail it...... Thanks 112. (Leslie) I've been listening to this station almost as soon as it came on the air, and it quickly became the only station I listen to (gave up all the others). I listen at home, at work, and in the car. Fantastic playlist of songs other "oldies" stations never play, and I can't even think of a time when I've heard a song repeated in the same day - maybe not even within the same week. Keep up the great job. 113. (Terry) I am in sales, so I am in my car about 7 to 8 hours a day. I only listen to 87.7 MeTVFM. You have a great station with a wide variety of music that I love to listen to, especially in heavy traffic it makes the whole day better. Keep up the great music! 114. (Laurie) ME tv fm is the best station! I love hearing my music because it makes me happy to hear it and I can sing along. Great music and great memories! Thank you! 115. (Judy) I have been listening to MeTVFM since the first day it went on the air. The songs are wonderful and bring back so many good memories. I told my husband and many of my friends to listen, and everyone loves the music! With such a great variety, there is something for everyone. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't listen, and I enjoy voting for my favorite songs. Please keep all the great songs coming, and Happy 5th Birthday! 116. (Cathy) Just want to let you know how much I enjoy the music you play. So many memories and it relaxes me! 117. (Xavier) Five years ago I stumbled upon MeTV FM when a power failure at work caused my radio to default to the lowest FM frequency. I was just about to change it when I realized "A Hard Day's Night" was playing. Since the Beatles are my favorite group, I left it on. Later, a Cat Stevens song came on. Then a Gordon Lightfoot song played. I thought, "This is interesting..." Five years later, I still haven't changed the radio station. The best thing one can do in life is to make someone happy. MeTV FM has made radio fun again, and it is difficult to convey what joy this station has brought to me. Thank you for returning the best music in the world to the airwaves. MeTV FM is a treasure, and I'm so grateful it has become a part of my life. Happy fifth birthday!!! 118. (Sarah) Happy Birthday me tv! Sarah from McShane’s Exchange consignment in . We play metv radio in the store and just brightens everyone’s day and make shopping all the more fun. I’m a 90’s kid raised by 2 music nuts and I have such fond memories with my mom & dad listening to oldies and Classic 80’s hits. So when I’m rocking and bopping at work it’s both fun and brings back such sweet memories. So often folks come in and are delighted and also “taken back” to happy memories as well. It’s great to hear some of their stories too! You can often find me dancing/singing along while I work and every so often the customers catch the bug and join in. It’s so much fun. Thanks for being around and keeping those classics on the airwaves! We all love you! PS: Jackie Wilson “your love is lifting me higher” is my very favorite tune and always makes me so happy! So that’s my request. 119. (MaryPat) The music that you play brings me back to my teen years sitting on the front porch with my radio listening to all the music from the 60's, but not only do you play 60's music but the mix of 40's and 50's music is wonderful also. MeTVFM is the best thing to happen to radio ever. There was a song called Black Pearl by Sonny Charles & the Checkmates ltd that I didn't hear on the radio, I contacted the station and very soon after you began playing it.

120. (Tammy) I LOVE YOUR STATION! Have been listening to it for years! I love the mans voice who talks on the station-so calming. I was born in 1964 but when I listen to your music I can Remember exactly what I was doing back then ie, roller skating, a boy, summers, my grandma❤️! When I listen to your station I never feel my age! Thank you for giving me my childhood all over again and not aging me( until I look in the mirror)! I recommend your station to everyone I know! Keep up the great work! 121. (Christine) I discovered METV FM about 6 month ago and I love it! I use to listen to XM radio, but I love what you play much better. Your variety is great and you play songs I have not heard in a long while. I tell everyone that they should switch to your station. Keep up the great job. 122. (Janet) I have been listening to your radio station since you came on the air. I truly love the oldies, i graduated high school in 1971 and all the songs bring back memories from that time. I was coming home from work and you played Westbound number 9. i have not heard that in a long long time which was popular close to the year i graduated. I just keep saying wow what memories...Keep up the good work and keep playing those oldies. I would love to hear more Motown on the station, But you are the best station out there. 123. (Chris) This is the best station on radio in this city. Thank you for thinking outside of the box. Though it is vintage music, it is new to us. Great variety and nostalgia. 124. (Julie) Love love love this station! Very seldom are there repeats like on other stations. Its always fresh and enjoyable. And hearing old songs from old albums is an added plus! Keep up the good work! 125. (Dan) Love, love, love this station! I am retired, and listen to music pretty much all day, regardless of whatever else I may be doing. I enjoy MeTV-FM so much! The songs transport me back to a simpler time, when I was a boy finding my way to adulthood in the Chicago suburbs. Great music choices! Thanks so much, and please keep it up! 126. (Todd) You are my dream station, thank you ! 127. (MK) BEST music station for work - we listen to MeTVFM all day! It makes our workplace more pleasant and we love the great variety of songs from the past! 128. (Rich) Keep playing the oldies as you have been. Enjoying your signal from Lake Geneva every day, streaming at work in Rockford too!! 129. (John) My children now call my car "the Time Machine" because whenever we're driving, I play MeTV FM. Funny how every song inspires a memory and a story I am happy to share with the next generation. Thank you for this gift! 130. (Barbara) I think it is outstanding to my generation, and great for younger ones to listen to musically! I remember many lyrics, and feel complemented when I can substitute teach for a music teacher! 131. (James) I have been listening to your station since day one. It is great to have a station like yours available when all the other radio stations have gone corporate and lost their identity. There is no other station that plays the variety of artists you play. Everything from long lost artists from the sixties to superstars from the seventies and eighties that no station plays anymore. I love your station and it has been a wonderful 5 years
