7 COMMUNITY PLAY SPACE PROGRAM Community Play Space Program is a joint approach (originally between Clifford E. Lee Foundation and ECF) designed to enhance recreational and community building opportunities for children and their families through the development of community playgrounds and play spaces in the greater Edmonton area. Priority is given to projects in low-income neighbourhoods which have less capacity to raise the funds necessary to build playgrounds and play spaces.
