اما بعد فاعوذ باہلل من الشیطان الرجیم ۔ بسم ہللا الرح ٰمن الرحیم ْ َ ْ ُ َّ َ ِّ ْ َ َ َ َّ ْ َ ٰ َّ َ َ ْ ِّ َّ َ َ ْ ُ ُ َ َّ َ َ ْ َ ُ ْ َ ِّ َ َ الحمد ِللـ ِه ر ِب العا َِلين ۔ الرحمـ ِن الر ِحي ِم ۔ ماِل ِك يوِم ال ِدي ِن ۔ ِإياك نعبد وِإياك نست ِعين ۔ اه ِدنا ال ِصراط ْ ُ ْ َ َ َ َ َّ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ ْ َ ْ ْ َ ْ ُ َ َ ْ ْ َ َ َّ ِّ َ اَلست ِقيم ۔ ِصراط ال ِذين أنعمت عليِهم غي ِر اَلغضو ِب عليِهم وال الضاِلين
By the grace of Allah, Jalsa Salana UK was held previous week. With these conventions, we witness thousands of blessings of Allah. Ahmadis are of course spiritually recharged with these conventions. At the same time, these conventions are a means of giving the message of Islam to those outside of Jama’at.
Hazoor Anwar said that I thank all the volunteers of Jalsa Salana who served with extreme devotion. These people served the guests of the Promised Messiah (as) and gave the message of Islam to outsiders through their moral behavior. Thus, all volunteers are deserving of our gratitude.
Hazoor Anwar (aa) narrated the experiences and comments of many guests of Jalsa Salana that how it enlightened the guests with the teachings of Islam and of the Ahmadiyya community.
The vice president of the Muslim Community of Benin says that I have performed Hajj over 20 times and have participated in thousands of conventions, but I have never seen the arrangements I saw at Jalsa Salana. People of every stature were serving with humility. About the speech of Hazoor Anwar (aa), he said that this is the message that Muslims need today. In reality, Ahmadiyyat is the message of true Islam.
A member of Parliament from Burkina Faso said that Jalsa Salana was a wonderful experience for me. I believe that it is Ahmadiyyat through which the message of Islam is spreading today. Ahmadis are always ready to help each other. About Hazoor Anwar (aa), he said that his prayers is a grand treasure for us.
A Buddhist chief from Japan participated in Jalsa Salana. He said that the environment of Jalsa brought peace and calm to my heart. I didn’t see anyone quarrelling with each other. About the addresses of Hazoor Anwar (aa), he said that his addresses are according to the need of this

age. We can explain to people that it is only through religious teachings that we can fulfill the rights of each other.
A lady from Uruguay participated in Jalsa Salana. She says that I’ve been studying the Muslims world for over 30 years. I have seen two distinguishing matters in this Jalsa. The first is that I have not seen anywhere else the the unity and leadership that I have seen here at Jalsa Salana. Every member of community, be it religious missionaries, volunteers, drivers etc., is ready for absolute obedience of the Khalifa. The second unique thing that I have seen is that there is no racism or discrimination in this community. Hazoor Anwar (aa) said that this is what the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa) taught us that no one nation has any superiority over any other nation. We shouldn’t just show such behavior in these 3 days; rather it should be permanent.
An aboriginal chief from Canada commented that this Jalsa has transformed my life. I have learned a lot about Islam and I have come to know that there are many similarities between Islam and our teachings. One unique aspect I have learned about Islam here is that Islam grants equal rights to women. The meeting with Hazoor Anwar (aa) also impacted him deeply.
May Allah increase the knowledge and faith of all Ahmadis who participated in Jalsa Salana! May Allah also open the hearts of such millions of people who received the news of Jalsa Salana through wide press and media coverage!
Hazoor Anwar announced the funeral prayer of Mukarram Mujeeb-ur-Rahman sahib. He was a Musi by the grace of Allah. His father was a missionary of Jama’at who had sent his family from Bengal to Qadian for their spiritual training. He was a very successful lawyer by occupation and carried out great, numerous services for Jama’at throughout the world. May Allah treat him with immense mercy and forgiveness! Ameen

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at of Canada is celebrating Ashra Salaat from August 6 – August 15. The purpose of this Ashra is that during these ten days, we should pay special attention towards our daily prayers, understand its significance and bring about a change in our lives.
The Holy Quran gives us the key to this problem. Allah says: ْ ُ َ ُ َ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َّ َ َ َّ َّ َ َ َ ْ ٰ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ْ ُ َ اتل ما أو ِحي ِإليكَ ِمنَ ال ِكتا ِبَ وأ ِق ِم الصَلة ۖ ِإن الصَلة تنهَى ع ِن الفحشا ِء واْلنك ِرَ
Recite that which has been revealed to thee of the Book, and observe Prayer. Surely, Prayer restrains one from indecency and manifest evil. (29:46)
This verse informs us that if we want to save ourselves and our family members from every that we must اقم الصلوۃ action which is immoral and against the will of Allah, then the key is establish the daily prayer.
Once a person came to the Holy Prophet (sa) and told him that I’ve committed a crime and I deserve to be punished for it. The Holy Prophet (sa) did not inquire anything further from him about what he had done. It was time for prayer and so that person also prayed with the Holy Prophet (sa). After Salaat, that person again said that I’ve accepted my crime and now you should give me my punishment according to Allah’s book – The Holy Prophet of Islam Muhammad (sa) replied that have you not prayed with us. He said yes and the Prophet (sa) said then Allah has forgiven you and your sins.
The society of Arabia which was reformed by the Holy Prophet (sa) was previously full of sins and evil actions. There was a time when they exhausted their nights in music, luxury, sports, eating and drinking. It was prayer that brought about the spiritual revolution in their lives. About the companions of the Holy Prophet (sa), the Promised Messiah (as) states:
They abandoned the pleasures of the evening wine; and embraced the joy of prayers in nights of grief
May Allah enable us to observe daily Salaat in our lives and adopt the examples of the companions of the Holy Prophet (sa).

In his address from the Ladies Jalsa Gah on August 4, 2018 our beloved Huzoor (may Allah be his Helper) highlighted the importance of attending the Jama`at programs in the following words:
“Then do keep in mind that it is the duty of the mother and the father to bring the children to programs and meetings (Ijlāsāt) of the Jamā`at. As I've mentioned, there are such parents who think that religious education and training is the sole responsibility of Nizām Jamā`at and that they do not need to do anything. Subsequently, they do drop their children off [at the Jamā`at programs]. However, there are also such parents who do not pay heed to it. They neither participate in the programs of the Jamā`at themselves, nor do they bring their children. Thus, they should participate themselves and also emphasize its importance to the children.”
