Plaintiff believes that substantial additional evidentiary support will exist for the allegations set forth herein after a reasonable opportunity for discovery. SUMMARY OF THE ACTION 1. This is a securities fraud class action on behalf of all persons who purchased Signet common stock between August 29, 2013 and February 27, 2017, inclusive (the “Class Period”), seeking to pursue remedies under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“1934 Act”). These claims are asserted against Signet and certain of its officers who made materially false or misleading statements during the Class Period in press releases and filings with the SEC.
