The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between demographic factors and marketing mix as well as to analyze consumer attitudes towards custom issues, social and group issues and marketing mix of Myanmar Cuisine Restaurants in Mandalay. The targeted sample was 130 customers who live in different townships in Mandalay such as Chan Aye Tharzan Township, Aung Myae Tharzan Township, Pyi Gyi Tagon Township, and Amarapura Township. The research methodology is descriptive analysis. The primary data was collected by using simple random sampling method. The analyses revealed that a majority of consumers was satisfied by variety of food offered in menu and cleanliness of restaurants concerning with product items.
