I was also responsible for Updating shipping schedules for all relevant parties , Coordinate CODs/transhipments to maximize sales and minimise transport costs , Prepare weekly , monthly sales and analysis reports . Supervision and coordination of 6 vessels , 62 road tankers and 30 trucks to load the bulk and packed finished product from SOC refinery and to discharge in the port of delivery. Liasing with custom and port authorities to get the related permits and making the custome clearance formalities and regulations of the exporting cargo. Liasing with the shipping agencies , international freight forwarders and brokers to book containers , vessels . Handling the whole vessel operations ,FCL transport , documentations , allocations and related negotiation.

Feb.2005 till April 2006- commercial operation manager in which I was responsible for all the export & import operation such as coordination of cargo delivery to the bulk vessels , L/C and banking correspondences and etc. .

2006 till NOV.2009 - Export manager and deputy commercial manager. Responsible for marketing , business development , sales of the annually around 250000 MTS bulk cargoes such as BASE OIL SN-500 , RUBBER PROCESSING OIL , LIQUID PARAFFIN and about 1200 containers of finished packed product

Also responsible for finding and chartering suitable vessels , Programming the laycans , cargo availability in the shore tanks and road trucks , all the related correspondences with the customs and port authorities was included in my job details and responsibilities.
