As a Digital Product Manager in MAF Holding, I am responsible for liaising with the Business Leadership from our Retail, Properties and Ventures Operating Company to understand and establish their business goals. Assist in developing the company’s group-wide digital transformation product roadmap and drive cross-functional planning and effective execution. Lead the coordination of project activities and resources across the organization in a manner that maximizes efficiency.

Setup and creation of the Project Management Office (PMO) to assist in all aspects of initiating, planning, executing and governing the digital and business transformation program strategy.
