Open to all individuals interested in General Performance and Western disciplines. This clinic is also an updating clinic for current Equestrian Canada General Performance and Western judges and an approved clinic for participants interested in applying for their Equestrian Canada General Performance and/or Western judge’s cards. The focus will be on judging and scoring runs, Hunter rounds, Jumper rounds, Western Riding patterns, Western Horsemanship, Showmanship, Halter and Trail Horse classes. Updating EC General Performance and Western officials and participants interesting in applying for their EC official’s card must attend both days and write the exam.

This course will be of great value to competitors, trainers, coaches and parents interested in understanding and improving competition scores.

Airport transportation (Kelowna and/or Kamloops) MAY be available at an additional cost of $45 per person. Please let Shelley Hayes know in your registration.

Accommodations: There are several rooms available at Shamrock & Thistle Ranch as well as two tiny homes on the property. A block of hotel rooms have also been held at a preferred rate. Please request when registering.

Clinician: Tracy Dopko Tracy Dopko is an Equestrian Canada Senior General Performance, Western, Hunter, Hack, Equitation, Breed Sport & Welsh Pony judge, recorded Jumper judge and an EC Senior Steward. She is also carded with USEF in Hunter, Hunter Breeding, Hunter/Jumper Seat Equitation, Western, Welsh, Connemara & Friesian. She has officiated throughout Western Canada & the Yukon, as well as in many U.S. States such as New York, California, Virginia & Oklahoma. Tracy has a long history of showing in hunter/jumpers, , western pleasure, trail, pleasure driving, english pleasure and breed halter classes and is an avid breeder of Warmbloods, hunter ponies, and Welsh Cobs.
