ALEX & NILUSHA is a collaborative project led by percussionist Alex Pertout released his latest album, Neurotica, in 2014, but is now excited by this FRI 9/9 TONY GOULD QUINTET and vocalist Nilusha Dassenaike which embraces an authentic cross-cultural impressive “dream” line-up. –Debut contemporary sound created in Australia but informed by many cultures, Elder statesman of the non-popular music scene, and renowned pianist/ including their personal Latin American and South Asian roots.
