Vanilla Air announces a new service between Narita and Ishigaki starting 1 July 2018! – Ishigaki is a new destination for Narita Airport –

Vanilla Air (IATA code: JW) will introduce a new flight service between Narita and Ishigaki, a new destination for Narita Airport, starting 1 July 2018. Vanilla Air is based at Narita Airport and currently serves four overseas cities (Taipei, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Cebu) and five Japanese airports (New Chitose, Hakodate, Kansai, Amami, Naha). Ishigaki is an island with coral reefs and extensive subtropical forests. Kabira Bay with its emerald-green seas won the highest, 3-star rating of the Michelin Green Guide Japan, and the island offers sea kayaking, diving and other marine activities as well as gourmet restaurants. Flights from Ishigaki to Naha will begin at the same time, allowing a side trip to tour the main island of Okinawa. High-speed boat excursions is operated from Ishigaki to the Yaeyama Islands. On Ishigaki and nearby islands there are cycling, stargazing and other activities amid rich natural scenery. With the new Vanilla service to Ishigaki, Narita Airport will have domestic routes serving 20 airports in 19 cities. We invite you to take advantage of our expanded route network.
