Today’s Severe Weather Outlook THUNDERSTORMS No severe thunderstorms expected 1 – MARGINAL Isolated severe storms possible 2 – SLIGHT Scattered severe storms possible 3 – ENHANCED Numerous severe storms possible 4 – MODERATE Widespread severe storms likely 5 – HIGH Widespread severe storms expected Message of the Day: • Storms develop from late afternoon into tonight. • Damaging winds to 60 mph and large hail to golf ball size will be the main threats. This will bring a line of potentially severe thunderstorms through the area, reaching the I-70 corridor by this evening. The crests on the Missouri River have been slightly increased.
