Debit and Credit card users will be subject to a 3% convenience fee. If you purchase "online" then additional buyers fees will apply. See below. Terms for Online Buyers: A 10% buyers fee will apply to online Purchases. All Payments must be made, by Credit or Debit Card only, through our website no later than 5:00 pm auction day. Alabama Residents; if you are of age and have a Carry Permit or if you have a current Alabama Photo ID and are legal to purchase and own a firearm under current Federal, ATF and State rules then you will be require to sign an affidavit stating as such. No additional paper work is required and you will take delivery at the auction site that day. All firearms purchased by onsite bidders must be removed auction day. OUT OF STATE RESIDENTS; you are required to make full payment on auction day. Then at your expense they will be shipped to an FFL Dealer in your state. That FFL Dealer will then run required paperwork before delivery to you. NOTE: this applies to long and hand guns! MAKE SURE you are legal to own one before purchasing one. Alabama Residents purchasing online: You must pick up your firearms in person no later than 2:30 PM auction day or you will have to pay shipping to your local FFL Dealer.
