To Receive, consider and if thought fit, to adopt the Directors' Report, the Directors' Declaration, the Statement of Financial Position as at 30th June 2011, the Statement of Comprehensive Income, the Statement of Cash Flows and the Statement of Changes in Equity for the year ended 30th June 2011 together with the Auditor's Report thereon. 2.
