For special events, including dinner dances, there will be a full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to the event. For day trips, the minimum cancellation is 15 days prior. Cancellations after these dates for any reason, including medical or family concerns, are subject to forfeiture of the entire cost unless the spot is re-sold, in which case a refund will be issued. For tickets purchased, such as theatre, sporting events, and other events as specified, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For all activities reservations, please go to the HOA Office window.
