Other arrangements can be made upon request.  The Sports Medicine Staff requires 24-hour notice if your team will be traveling without an ATC, or if any special accommodations are required. If traveling without ATC, please provide own tape and supplies.  All emergency room referrals, unless otherwise noted, will be sent to Mercy Medical Center.

 The office of Athletic Communications for Molloy College is happy to welcome in visiting Sports Information Directors and media members to its various facilities. Wireless and Wired Internet will be available at most sites, but phone lines and faxes will not be available at the majority of our locations. Photography

 All photographers MUST have contacted the Director of Athletic Communications at least 72 hours in advance of an athletic competition to gain access to the fields and courts of play. Special exceptions will be granted on a limited basis, but for most cases, there will be no exceptions to this rule. Credentials will be provided on a limited basis for photographers who request access within the given limitations. Interview Requests  The Director of Athletic Communications will be more than willing to set up a date and time for an interview with any of our student-athletes, coaches or other affiliates of the Athletic Department. Please do not contact them directly to set up an interview. In addition, interviews after athletic events will be allowed following a ten-minute cool-down period after the game has completed.

Media Coverage  All media members are welcome to attend Molloy College athletic events. They will be accommodated provided they have given prior notice to the Director of Athletic Communications. However, box scores and statistics will be provided for those members of the media and SID's who are in attendance and have alerted the Director of Athletic Communications within proper time parameters.

Statistics Policy  Barring any major errors, the home SID's statistics are the only official statistics and will not/cannot be changed once all files have been created and sent out. Major errors will be considered by the Director of Athletic Communications only. There are no exceptions to this rule.

 All visiting institutions will be emailed by Operations Staff, at least two days prior to contests to offer our services to make the student-athlete experience a positive one.  All visiting institutions will be handed a pre-game protocol that is approved by the East Coast Conference Office and followed at all Molloy College Lions home contests.  Game-Day Administrator will be on site at all times and will introduce oneself to Visiting Institutions and Officials prior to each Molloy College Lions home contest.  Locker Rooms o If your team desires a locker room pre and post-game, in which the contest is played off campus, please contact the Operations Staff at least three days in advance to reserve. Teams would report to campus for locker room facilities.

Spectator Guidelines  Admission is charged for Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Men’s & Women’s Lacrosse, and Men’s & Women’s Soccer.

Prices are: Molloy Students, Faculty, and Staff FREE Visiting College Students $3 with ID Children 12 and Under $2 Senior Citizens $3 Adults 13 and Older $5

1. Video and pictures may be taken from the seated areas only. Only those with valid credentials from Molloy College Athletics or visiting institutions are allowed on the playing surface or on the designated bench areas. Molloy College Athletics reserves the right to confiscate any video/film if this rule is being violated. 2. Spectators are required to remain in the seated areas at all times. At no time are spectators allowed on the playing surface or on the designated bench areas. 3. The use of foul or abusive language will not be tolerated and is grounds for removal from the site of competition. 4. No money will be refunded due to cancellation or postponement of Molloy College Athletics events, or dismissal from Molloy College Athletics events. 5. Alcohol will not be permitted at any athletic event hosted by Molloy College. This includes parking areas. 6. Open flame, grills, and all other cooking devices are not allowed without a permit from the Village of Rockville Centre (Rockville Centre Sports Complex only).
