The competition is going to take place in Budapest (Hungary). The Hungarian Shooting Federation will host the competition at the National Shooting Rangewith 40 electronic targets from SIUS. 1. Venue – Shooting Range National Shooting Range (NemzetiLőtér),1106 Budapest, Fehér út 9. “FehérútiLőtér – NemzetiSportközpontok” - https://mnsk.hu/letesitmeny/feher-uti-loter/ 1 2. E.Y.L.CH - qualified teams The competition groups (G1, G2) and teams (T1, T2…) will be determined by drawing of lots at the technical meeting: RIFLE PISTOL Finland Czech Republic Hungary Estonia Italy Hungary Poland Italy Russia Lithuania Serbia Poland Slovenia Russia Sweden Ukraine As per rule 6.1.2: One rifle and one pistol team from the hosting country are entitled to participate at the Final. According rule 6.1.3: One (1) team in Rifle and one (1) team in Pistol will be selected (according to the rule 4.9) from the best third teams of those Regions that do not include the host country of the Final. 3. Competition The competition consists of: 1. Eliminations (group matches) and Semi-Finals (6.4): - 15 min preparation and sighting time - 12 min for each 10 shots (total 60 shots) 2. Medal Matches (6.6): - 5 min preparation and sighting time - Presentation (the coach will present their athletes) - 20 shots, shot by shot 50s (as per ISSF rule), after each shot the results will be announced. Youth athletes who will be under the age of 19 on December 31st and over the age of 14 in the year of the competition (Rule 1.1.4). The mixed team (rule 1.1.5) of each Federation consists of 4athletes for air rifle and 4Athletes for air pistol, 2 Girls and 2 Boys (6 entered athletes maximum). The ISSF ID Number is not necessary for participation at the ESC Youth League Champs. The entry fee is 150 EUR for 4 to 6athletes. 3. At the range buffet service including coffee, snacks etc. will also be available. 6. Transportation Please indicate by which means of transport you will arrive and depart to/fromBudapest. Pick up service will be providedfrom/toBudapest Liszt Ferenc Airport for EUR 16,-/one way. Daily scheduled transportation will be available from hotels to the shooting range and back. Participants who are not accommodated at one of the official hotels will be responsible for their own transport 7. Visa Citizens of the European Union will be able to enter Hungary without visa using their valid passport or identity card. Non‐EU citizens are advised to check the visa requirements well in advance.Each participating federation requiring visa should fill out the "Visa Support Form" and return it to the Organizing Committee within the deadline. Personalized invitation might be necessary for your delegation to apply for a visa. 3 8. Import procedures The temporary import of air weapons to Hungary requires no official import procedures whatsoever however team leaders are recommended to have the invitation letter and the list of weapons duly stamped by their federation with them in case any unforeseen event/procedure might take place at airports and/or any border points. 9. Farewell dinner The Hungarian Shooting Federation invites all participants to an “informal” banquet which will take place on October 4, 2019 at 20:00. 10.     EUROPEAN SHOOTING CONFEDERATION MINUTES OF THE XXVI ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY Budapest, Hungary Date: October 5th, 2019 Time: 09:00 Place: Helia Hotel Budapest 1. Welcome and Opening of the General Assembly The ESC President Mr. Vladimir Lisin welcomes the delegates, colleagues of the Presidium, guests and observers to the XXVII Ordinary General Assembly of the European Shooting Confederation. He remarks that it is the year of the 50th Anniversary of the ESC which was created in 1969. After that, Mr. Lisin pays a special tribute to Mrs. Unni Nikolaisen, ESC Honorary President, and congratulates her with the personal anniversary (she turned 80 on April 7th, 2019) and the anniversary of the ESC. Then the ESC President asks the ESC Secretary General Alexander Ratner to proceed with the Agenda. 2. Roll-call The Secretary General proceeded to the roll-call which showed that 70 delegates of 48 Member Federations were present in the meeting room. Another 2 Member Federations were represented by proxies duly submitted in writing according to the Statutes. In total, 50 out of 57 Member Federations from 45 countries took part in the General Assembly. So, there was a quorum which makes all the proceedings and the decisions valid. No objection was raised by the General Assembly. Then the Secretary General asked the delegates to pay tribute to the former Secretary General of the Swedish Shooting Sport Federation, Mr. Göran Nygren who passed away shortly before the General Assembly and to other members of the European shooting family who passed away since the previous General Assembly in Baku.

    99 Jolanta Samulewicz Polski Związek Strzelectwa Sportowego WKS Flota Gdynia Liga Młodzieżowa Polskiego Związku Strzelectwa Sportowego Temat ten jest kontynuacją wątku poruszonego w 2011 roku na łamach Strzelectwa Sportowego dotyczącego kierunków rozwoju strzelectwa na Świecie. Pragnę przybliżyć bardziej zawody Ligowe jakie rozgrywane są w Europie i w tej chwili i w Polsce, jako przygotowanie i podążanie za zmianami w wizerunku strzelectwa. Wszystko zaczyna się od momentu kiedy zostaje ogłoszona informacja o rozgrywaniu Młodzieżowych Igrzysk Olimpijskich (YOG). Pierwsze odbyły się w 2010 roku w Singapurze. Drugie w Nanjing (Chiny) w 2014. Kwalifikacje do tych Igrzysk zostały umieszczone na poprzedzających Igrzyska, Mistrzostwach kontynentalnych w strzelaniach pneumatycznych. Zawodnicy do 18 lat walczą o miejsca olimpijskie podczas specjalnie do tego celu rozgrywanych konkurencji przez pierwsze dwa dni Mistrzostw. Odpowiedzią na taką imprezę, Europejskiej Federacji Strzelectwa Sportowego było zorganizowanie w 2009 roku LIGI MŁODZIEŻOWEJ ESC – ESC YOUTH LEAGUE. W Lidze mieli brać udział zawodnicy, którzy wiekowo odpowiadają grupie mogącej kwalifikować się do Młodzieżowych Igrzysk Olimpijskich (YOG). Zamierzano w ten sposób wspomóc przygotowania młodych zawodników do tak prestiżowej imprezy. Rozgrywki Ligowe mają nietypowy charakter, wzbudzają dużo emocji i jednocześnie mobilizują do walki, gdzie każdy zawodnik pracuje na wynik drużyny. Rozgrywki Ligi Młodzieżowej odbywają się w strzelaniach pneumatycznych w dwóch rundach zakończonych finałem. Państwa zgłaszają drużyny składające się z zawodników w wieku 14-18 lat. Typują pięciu (wcześniej ośmiu) zawodników, którzy mogą walczyć w ciągu danego roku, a trzech z nich jest wystawianych do konkretnej rozgrywki. Drużyny są mieszane pod względem płci. Pierwsza runda odbywa się na zawodach międzynarodowych na zasadzie zliczenia sumy wyników strzelań trzech zawodników (pierwszych czterech serii w przypadku chłopców) i sklasyfikowaniu drużyn w danym okręgu (północnym, zachodnim i wschodnim – załącznik).
