Above, Mustang Sally will perform on Friday evening during the Balloon Fest. Below are the Menus, who will take the stage Saturday evening. Among the entertainment at the Glass City Balloon Fest will be live concerts on both Fri- day and Saturday evenings. The concerts will take place in the field next to Total Sports parking lot and will be ad- jacent to a beer garden and other activities. Performances on both nights will take place before and after the balloon “glows.” On Friday, from 6:45 to 8 p.m., and again from 9:30 to 10:45 p.m., Mustang Sally will take the stage. The band has performed alongside high profile names such as Montgomery Gentry, Gretchen Wilson, Big & Rich, and Blake Shelton, in addition to being demanded world- wide as fair and festival headliners. Mustang Sally has been described as “what happens when you throw Alabama and Lynyrd Skynyrd in a blender, add a dash of Comedy Central and a hint of Lady Gaga.” On Saturday from 6:40 to 8 p.m. and 9:30 to 10:50 p.m., the Menus will perform. The band promises that if the audience “leaves a Menus concert without the dancing, laughing and entertainment of a lifetime, the Menus didn’t succeed in their goals, but this rarely happens.” The Menus were established in 1983 with the name being developed by the original gui- tar player who collected menus from restau- rants. From early on, lead singer Tim Goldrainer has established a groundbreaking performance to continue business at the height of their ca- reer. EVENT SPECIAL! From 1983 to 1989 as the band progressed, they began a new era. New artists were intro- express duced with additional variations in music. $ The Menus are now going on 37 years of rock ‘n’ roll. Both concerts are free, but VIP seating is available for Friday evening that includes drinks, 5 $30OFF snacks, up-front viewing area, private bars, restrooms, parking and a chance to win a hot air $ balloon ride for two. purchase Visit the website visitrossfordohio.com for more information and VIP tickets.
