I am a life-long Anglican now in my late-seventies, and it is with deep anguish that I watch the church that has meant so much to me, self-destructing due to revisionist leadership. I just thank God there is still a remnant of orthodox Bible-believing bishops and clergy who have not yet abandoned the orthodox Christianity. The purpose of this essay is to give these leaders some encouragement, and also to cause those leaders who are now in open rebellion against God and His Word, to pause and reconsider their own frightening situation. When I was a young man I became a Freemason. I did this to honour my deceased father, who had also been a mason as well as a life-long Anglican.
