Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwiches Chicken Cassiatore #1 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce 1 (3 ½ lb.) boneless pork 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce 1 large onion, sliced thin 2 cloves garlic, minced shoulder roast 2 tbsp. minced chipotle peppers in 1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chick- 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. salt adobo sauce or 1 tsp. cayenne pepper en breasts 1/2 tsp. basil ½ tsp. black pepper 12 to 16 hamburger buns, split 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 1 bay leaf 1 cup chopped onion 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup dry white wine Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork w/salt & 1/2 tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper 1/4 cup water black pepper. Add pork to skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes or until browned on both sides.
