Further I propose that the By-laws which are referred in the Schedule II here below and the same was declared and published in the Gazette of Extraordinary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka under No. 520/7 dated 23.08.1988 cannot be implemented within the area coming under Ambagamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha prior to the date when the above said By-laws should be in force as per decision taken by the Ambagamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha.
