Alton Yates Don Padgett New Leadership Summit Carlton Jones The New Leadership Summit is a unique program targeted for CEOs and senior level Carol Spalding executives who are new or relatively new to the community. Barbara Darby David Robertson Youth Leadership Jacksonville Program Barbara J. Drake Youth Leadership Jacksonville (YLJ) is a program for youth that was founded in 1989. This Madeline Scales-Taylor year-long program is designed to identify a diverse group of high school juniors from the Michael J. Shalley First Coast who have demonstrated leadership ability, and prepare them to become ethical Linda Larkin Smith* leaders committed to active community involvement. The approximately 56 participants represent 32 schools in four counties - Duval, Clay, Baker and St. Johns. John Bottaro Sandra Ramsey Collegiate Leadership Experience Ben Bishop June 2005 marked the beginning of an in-depth community trusteeship program for Stephen Canty college leaders who live in or attend colleges in Northeast Florida. The program, Collegiate Nancy Kilgo Leadership Experience (CLE), includes an Opening and Closing Retreat and three additional Jerry Mallot day-long programs. This is a truly collaborative program receiving generous support from the University of North Florida, Florida State College at Jacksonville, Jacksonville University, and *Deceased Edward Waters College.
