När vi äntligen, efter att ha ansökt om VM mot varandra och samtidigt verka för att gällande avtal tre gånger, fick värdskapet för VM 2013 i Vancouver gäller. Det måste finnas synnerliga skäl till varför avtal hösten 2007 så kändes det underbart.
