The proposed softball stadium project consists of stadium seating (2,000 people), a new hardscape area adjacent to the stadium and utility improvements to serve the stadium. › Duke University, Athletics District Utility Master Plan / Durham, NC McAdams, as a part of a team, created a utility master plan for Duke’s Athletics Precinct. McAdams’ tasks included the preliminary design for all of the domestic water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage in the Athletics Precinct. McAdams was also tasked with producing a conditions assessment report for the existing utility system that included a rating system developed with the Owner, full report assessment.
