Stump/Hausman is responsible for the travel demand modeling work in support of the traffic analysis and development of recommendations. S/H will use the available regional transportation models as well as developing a detailed study area model. Existing travel patterns are synthesized from turning movement and ATR counts; an interview survey of drivers traveling through Hoboken; and a detailed parking survey in Hoboken.
